We called to cancel and did they told us we had money to be refunded because they had not settled our debt when we call back to get it they said they were keeping it. So we were shot out of $1400.00. You negotiated a good settlement on one of my credit card accounts, but are charging me such a high settlement fee that I only end up saving a few hundred dollars overall. And my credit rating has been tanked as a result of not paying my card payments while working with you. I'd give a rating of zero stars if that were an option.
