Do you still have technical problems? You had it for long time. When solved?? Been for weeks now

They have the worst customer service, I tried contacting about a transaction two days ago but am yet to get a response from them, I sent money to them about two days ago they are yet to receive the money.

They are Good And Reliable i got problem with them while transaction but it's solve easily when I reach out to them via WhatsApp but you rate is high now

bisher 3 mal über Atlantic Money Geld für das Studium meiner Tochter nach USA überwiesen. Es hat jedes Mal zuverlässig funktioniert.
Besonderes positiv: Der versprochene Wechselkurs wird einen Tag lang tatsächlich für die Überweisung "gehalten". Eine IBAN-Überweisung dauert in der Regel 1/2 Tag auf Account von AtlanticMoney, daher wurde der versprochene Wechselkurs jedes Mal tatsächlich eingehalten.
Der Wechselkurs an sich entspricht immer der Echtzeitkurs auf der Börse, daher auch keine versteckten Kosten!
Gebühren in Höhe von 3€ pro Transfer ist für grössere Summe unschlagbar - Aktuell der beste Anbieter auf dem Markt würde ich behaupten

Till this time the service was good, but with few last transactions it started to not working properly (recipient didnt received money, even though site says its completed) and after i tried contacting support many times,with each time closing ticked with note that they will contact me asap, i choose not to use it again, as it is not trustworthy.. I've lost 100€ here

This is the most stupid money transfer service on earth.
I was sent $950 from Canada to be received here in Togo west Africa but they never gave me the money, so I searched for their representative and I got his contact so I called him and he was only insulting me, he told me that ATL does not have money in Togo so he can't pay me, I called their head office in London, their customer service representative the guy is from Ghana west Africa, I told him to cancel the transfer so that the sender will get his money back, he told me he has cancelled it but till today the sender has not seen the money and never has he received any notification from the stupid service. This useless ATL money transfer service seems to be owned by a group of some professional Ghanaian scammers, do business with them at your own peril!!

It took too long. Nobody communicates with you if you do not push to ask questions.

It was very easy this time BUT having only one outlet in DAKAR is not enough AND they are hard to find. Joiining Wari would be good because they have many cash points in Dakar.
Same problem for Benin/Cotonou.

I DO understand that ATL is still growing, and look forward to improvements.

A lot's got to improve in dealing with customers. Customer service is a bit lacklustred.

I did some research against more company. My recipients was received very little about using ATL, normally my family members should have received about 756.83,- GHS ,you let my family menber getting 640,- GHS. Next time I want to use another company. It took also very long tiime, and no good service.

ATL listen to their customers, I needed a very quick transaction, and it was all complete within 5 minutes, so pleased with their acting on my plea, deserve 6 stars.
