I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I have noticed what appears to be a recurring issue with payouts, particularly when transferring amounts over £100. In my experience, these transactions can take an unusually long time to be released.
Today, I made a transfer at around 8:00am, and as of 9:08pm, my money still had not been released. This is an unacceptable delay, especially when customers are relying on timely access to their funds.
I also have concerns about the authenticity of some of the 5-star reviews, as my experience does not reflect the level of service described in many of them. I believe these payout issues deserve proper investigation and that the company should provide greater transparency about delays and how customer funds are handled.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution.
