Since I've been sending money with Remit, I've not encountered any issues with paying out and the customer service has often getting in contact with their customers to help with your queries or questions.
But, I'll ask you to adjust the limited amount one can send. If possible less than N30,000.00 naira. Sometimes, you may need to send to a family member a small token but not possible, only from N30,000.00 naira.
