I have been a customer of ATL in excess of 5 years
I have been a customer of ATL in excess of 5 years. I have suffered to such an extent with their incompetence and my loss of money through their incompetence that it was more than can be tolerated. There was no apology which appears to be their nonchalent disrespectfullness in treating their customers.
It was intollerable. There are other Money transfer companies apart from WU,MG whose performance far supersedes ATL Service and it is cheaper and accurate. I had stopped using ATL for those reasons however some of my receivers finds it easier out of service and I then decided to reintroduce myself to the their service which has not changed. The service is poor and unreliable, and as a company lack of communication with their customers.
Today 26th March is a typical example of service from ATL whose service was poor. Their Bank account was changed money was paid to ATL to send to be picked up and nothing was done which has been since 1.30pm and to explanation was given and no communication was made when this transaction will be processed.
Disgraceful and this will be my last encounter with ATL.
Very poor service. ATL is not fit for purpose in my opinion.

I wrote to my bank to enquire on why your institute has refused to refund me.
I have passed all the critical test, documents, KYC and what more demands that has always been asked from me.
