Really quick delivery and great quality
Checked if stock was available and was told yes. Very good communication. I placed my order that same day and it was delivered the next day! Fabulous quality cushions that I couldn’t find anywhere else in stock, I’m really pleased.

The worst quality
The worst quality - bought a bed for over 1500 and it broke after 3 years and I was advised I have to pay £450 to repair it (might aswell just buy a new bed!)
Totally avoid. It may look nice but it’s such a cheap bad quality and certainly not worth the price tag.

As the damaged part needs to be specially ordered and replaced, the quoted cost of £450 reflects both the price of the part and the associated logistics. Please understand that since the warranty period has expired and this damage is not manufacturing-related, we are unable to offer a free repair or replacement.
We do strive to provide products that balance design and durability, and we regret that this particular case did not meet your expectations. If you'd like to discuss alternative solutions or upgrades, we’d be happy to help.

Good customer service, but still awaiting delivery
Ordering was straight forward.i expected to wait 8-12 weeks for delivery. Ordered 30/11/23 still awaiting delivery. Customer services have contacted me 3 times to keep me updated.
I cannot comment on item as yet, hence 3 stars.

Great product, delievery was a mess
The chair is great, good quality. But delievery was a mess. They called the day before and said they would be coming the next day, with an all day slot and I couldn't choose another day, it was the only day available. It was very late notice. They didn't turn up the next day. I contacted them and they said it would arrive on Tuesday, and it turned up on Monday. One good point of delievery was they took all the packaging with them which was a great help.

New Chelsea TV Unit
Yesterday I received the New Chelsea tv unit from Atmacha and it is simply stunning. It took me a while online to find exactly what I was looking for and Atmacha was literally (and thankfully) my one find of the item I was after. It is beautifully made and of high quality. Communication was just fantastic throughout and appreciated, and the delivery team were fabulous - a full day to make my delivery location, setting up the unit and taking away packaging. Thank you
