I ordered 2 bespoke gold real leather sofas in Augest 2021 I didn’t receive them until the 9th of December 2021 15 weeks later😒 I had just lost my mum January 4th 2021 so having to be stuck in my bedroom to watch tv for 15 weeks was so depressing I cried nearly every day I did ask them to loan me a sofa after the 8 weeks had past I explained how depressed I was feeling but they said they can’t do that. I let the company know that I actually knocked out my passage wall for easy access I paid £1000 for that. They asked me to measure my front door so I did and gave them the measurements to my disappointment when the sofas arrived the feet were built in so the sofas could not fit through my front door. The delivery men were ready to take my sofas back🤬😭 when I insisted that they call the maker of the sofas and find out how to take the feet off. So they had to dismantle the sofa to take the feet off and destroyed the look of the sofas a bit. Then when they had taken off the feet that took about 1 hour they had to turn around and take off my front door 🚪 I was so shocked. Then they got the sofas into my living room and set them up they looked so beautiful 🤩, UNTIL I realised that they were made completely wrong 😑 the length of the sofas were right but the depth of both sofas are so narrow my whole bottom can’t fit on them when I try to lay on them half of my body is on the floor anything I put on the sofas like cushions or throws just fall straight on to the floor. At the beginning of my ordering they sent me a picture to choose the colour of my buttons o chose gold of course only to find out now that they were painted gold and all the gold is rubbing off now. The sofas have started moving and making a loud noise when anyone goes to sit on them. The company offered to take 50% off the price for me they were £4500 I told the owner to please come and test them out himself because then he would realise they are not worth £2,250 he wouldn’t come. I offered them £500 for both sofas because I had someone that was going to come and fix some of the problems and to compensate for all the inconvenience, distress and other money I have spent for this sofa including a £400 gold cowhide rug to match. They didn’t care about any of my situation or what I’ve have gone through these last few months all they care about is the money. So now I have to get a refund which I never ever wanted I just wanted gold leather very comfortable sofas in my living room now I have to go back in my bedroom for another 8 to 12 weeks while I wait for another sofa that I have to order. Oh yes sorry I forgot so when he realised that I knew all that was wrong with it he said that he would get them remade for me with a sufficient seating area that was about 5 weeks ago so I decided yesterday to email them and find out how my sofas are going they informed me that they can’t be done and if I never got in contact with them yesterday I would have never found this out. I’ve just had a distressing phone call from the owner that has left me in tears he rang me to tell me how disappointed he is in me i asked him have I told any lies he said no but he is just disappointed that I have decided to write a review I don’t think he understands what this has done to me how many times I’ve been tempted to go to my dr for depression medication how many times my 14 year old daughter has come home from school to see me curled up in a ball just crying and can’t stop. He’s just disappointed I’m disappointed, sad, angry, depressed, anxious I pride myself on making and having a comfortable safe home for my daughter and I haven’t been able to do this since Augest 💊 🤬🛋😒🛋😭🛋😔!! Absolutely lovely customer service. Honestly I wish all retailers could take a leaf from Atmacha’s book. I stumbled over them on instsgram. Loved a lot of their pieces. Their collection isn’t really for the minimalist or simple type look. I’m very dramatic and my style reflects the same. If you want statement pieces then I’d highly recommend them. Luckily they were running fantastic sales. I bought the most beautiful cream and gold side board, the Denis corner sofa bed and a few dining chairs yet to be delivered.
The delivery team delivered to my room of choice and assembled the sofa. I had a slight hitch with one of the legs but again their customer service is top notch. They promptly resolved it and we are all living our sofa. I highly recommend Atmatcha. I wish they had round cream dining tables, I’d definitely be back in the future. To the lovely ladies that manage their social media page, and the ladies that pick up the phones, thank you so much for being very professional.

Waited 9 wks after FULL payment for 6 chairs and had 1 delivered...... Was then told I would hav them for Xmas.
Next day was told they didn't hav them..... Shocking service
Would never buy from them again.

The delivery team were professional and respectful on product, fix the dining on delivery day..

First and foremost the customer service is outstanding, but the most important thing is the product which was excellent I ordered a sofa and I love it. It makes my house look elegant which was the look that I was going for and it has delivered exactly what I needed I will definitely come back in the future and recommend to all my family and friends to the shop.

Service is excellent and personalised through whatsapp. The delivery guys went to extra mile to try to get the sofa in since it was not fitting through the front door so they pull it from the balcony. Very impressed!

Please do not purchase. I ordered a dresser and mirror End of March 2021. It arrived end of April with a dark BRONZE mirror. This was not the image online or on their Instagram page.
They assured me they would correct this to a normal reflective mirror and here I am in SEPTEMBER with the same bronze mirror.
The delivery men from the company came today with the supposed replacement…. And it was completely different mirror and the wrong size. Not compatible with the dresser.

When commenting on Instagram, my comments are deleted.
Completely unprofessional and shocking to say the least. If you are ok with getting incorrect deliveries that don’t match the images online, please carry on and purchase. I will not be returning to shop here.

Trustworthy and product quality are really great.

I’ve ordered 2 lamps previously and now ordered a style dressing table. The quality of the products is excellent although they are a little on the expensive side. I have ordered more products the customer service is excellent and all the delivery drivers are excellent always always happy to help where they can.
