You ordered on Saturday 3rd December so it was dispatched at our earliest opportunity on Monday 5th. You selected the basic Tracked 48 service which is normally a 2-3 working day service but as you'll be aware Royal Mail have been striking causing postal delays (9th and 11th this week). We have explained this info across our website ensuring our customers are aware of postal delays, we can do no more than that and to advise you use Special Delivery if you require a guaranteed service as the last thing we want is disappointed customers. I'm sorry you've felt the need to write a 1 star review.

Excellent company. Wanted to make my own box up and emailed the company who replied right away with options, completed my order and box was sent out for delivery. Great serviced. Used them 3 times will continue to use them. A lovely gift for people.

I have used 'Toast in the post' on several occasions and also been delighted to be on the receiving end myself. What a fabulous idea and a unique surprise.
