Great product but unfortunately let…
Great product but unfortunately let down by very slow delivery and consequently didn’t arrive in time for the recipient’s birthday. Very annoying when I had paid extra for 24hr delivery.
(It took 6 days) However I would still probably use them again another time.

Lovely gift with a couple of comments
Really lovely gift however I found it difficult to get my photo to line up in the box after uploading it ( could be me! ) and it didn’t fit properly. It arrived quickly - I had ordered it as a gift for someone else but because of the packaging I wasn’t able to open it up to have a look at it/check it was right before giving it to the lucky recipient which I was disappointed about. However all was well and it was lovely. Thank you.

Thank you for your review Debra. For future reference we check all images and spelling of message cards before printing and we will edit your image if it isn't centred correctly so no need to worry.
As stated on the website our boxes are sealed closed for delivery as the majority of toasts are sent direct to the lucky recipients. If we left the box open the bottles wouldn't stay perfectly in situ and would spoil the overall presentation of the toast. Thank you.

I bought this gift for my sister on behalf of my parents to wish her Happy Birthday and for everything she does. She was so touched by the personal photo and message I chose. It was beautifully packaged and very fitting. I will definitely use them again ❤️

Toast in the post - 30th birthday
Absolutely delighted with my order. I got it sent to my daughter for her 30th birthday as a nice surprise. It was well received and such a great idea for a gift. Service was great. I will definitely place an order again.

Not issue free
The idea is great and the quality of presentation excellent. The reason for just three stars is as below : I ordered the rose and gold Prosecco birthday package which is advertised as including a badge and two party poppers - the party poppers were missing. No big deal but annoying and not okay to display one thing and send something different. It also didn’t arrive in time despite supposedly being on tracked / guaranteed post. I accept that this could be a Royal Mail issue but it still impacted customer experience.

If you ordered via Special Delivery this is indeed a guaranteed service and we are able to put in a claim if you order was not received the next working day. However I see you chose the Tracked 48 service on this order which is an 'estimated' tracked 2-3 day service, not guaranteed.
