I ordered two pairs of shoes from Attere back in January, and honestly, I still can’t believe I haven’t received them. It’s been months with zero updates. No shipping info, no delays explained, nothing. Only silence.

I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, no replies, no acknowledgment, no effort to fix the situation or even offer a refund. It’s beyond frustrating.

I get that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. It shouldn’t be this hard to either get what you paid for or get your money back. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Attere based on this experience.

I never ever write reviews! And when i do I only write postive ones but this site just stole my money..

Its been over a month and still my order hasnt been shipped. So I asked for a refund and they just keep replying a week later 4 different people btw asking me if I want a refund and it will take like 30 days to get that. Still no refund and still no order so basically got scammed and robbed of my money.

No compren nunca con ellos. Cobran el dinero y no envían el producto.

El pedido se hizo en enero y, a día de hoy, no hay ni producto ni devolución del dinero.

I placed an order almost 2 months ago. All I have received is an automated response. No refund and no product 70 days later. Stay away from these dishonest merchants. They should be banned from every search engine.

I ordered two pairs of boots four months ago and paid more than $200. After waiting two weeks, I messaged them to ask what was going on. They offered me a 20% refund (spoiler: more than three months have passed, and I still haven’t received it).
At the beginning of March, I asked for a full refund, but they ignored me. I asked again, and at the end of March, they finally sent me the boots.(though I told them I don’t need em anymore and asked not to send)
I have never seen worse or cheaper quality in my life. They also smell terrible. An important note: the delivery was from China, not the USA.
Overall:it’s just very short overview of my customer experience, there is much more from gaslighting, ignoring and empty promises
If u really want smth from this brand better go on some TEMU they have way better customer support.

Honestly I don’t know where to start, I ordered boots for my birthday dinner outfit on February 8 lol, my birthday was March 25th and I’m still waiting for a confirmation email on 4/4/2026 for shipping.I’ve been sending emails every week and they replied only once. This company is a Huge scam. I can’t believe they scammed me with 300 bucks. ONCE AGAIN DONT GET SCAM BY THEM

I have not received the product or my money back. I have been emailing this company for 4 weeks with no solution. The customer service is horrible. No one should shop with this company.

Purchased a leather coat and it was way undersized. Got a return authorization to return the coat for a refund. I PAID the shipping fees to return. I get an email stating that my return has been rejected. So they now stole my shipping fee money and the cost. Doesn’t strike me as an American company

Avoid this company. I ordered an overshirt and knit top in January and never received it. They first emailed to say it was out of stock, even though I was able to order it online. Then weeks later they said they had now sent it, the tracking details never updated past the label being printed. A month later I contacted them again numerous times and they never responded. I managed to get my bank to do a charge back so I got my money back. I suggest any customers that don't receive their items they ordered to contact their bank. There's a bad review on YouTube as well that said the clothes are badly made and don't fit properly and are poor quality for the price. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. It's just cheap stuff made in a Chinese sweatshop.

They didn't deliver my order, a month later I cancelled it and ask for a refund, Still haven't received it two months later.

I am utterly appalled this website is a complete scam! I ordered a product 3 months ago and still haven’t not received it, no update, no refund and no communication?! Don’t waste your time and money here.

I wrote the support 5 times and still didn’t get ANY response. It looks like they are scamming customers. My order still hasn’t been shipped since 1 week!!

They are scammers. I ordered since February and no tracking number was given and I can’t chat with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Ordered 2 things from the website and I only received one which was a flimsy bracelet, and the shoes I ordered haven’t left the factory in months. It’s clear they are running their business of off scams or their management is just absolutely horrendous, either way it will help to report any advertisement from them you see on social media so that you don’t fall for the same thing me and tons of others fell for.

Ordered a purse and never received it. I contacted customer service but to date never received a response. I usually check the reviews on companies before I order but I was so excited at the price. I didn’t check. Money gone down the drain.SCAMMERS

Took over two months to even begin shipping and also did not give me a refund after promising one. Customer service is terrible.

If I could give zero stars, I would. All bad reviews you see on this brand our true. I had multiple orders. Anytime I would sent an email over inquiring about a specific order, an incompetent rep would provide the order # that has shipped.

How does this even work if the order # they are providing information on was not listed on my initial email. Bad brands do not deserve any sales, I will make it my mission to make sure they don’t get as much business as they do.

I recently purchased a pair of boots and a tweed coat from Attere, hoping for the luxury, well-made pieces their site promotes, but the experience was deeply disappointing and felt outright deceptive. Communication was practically nonexistent, with shipping dragging on for over a month. The boots arrived with a strong gasoline-like chemical odor that I had to treat repeatedly with conditioners just to make them tolerable for occasional wear, and their overall construction screamed cheap manufacturing—clearly made in China, yet this origin was nowhere disclosed on the website. Far worse was the coat: advertised in XL, it turned out to be a comically miniature version, fitting like an XXS with absurdly short arms that rendered it completely unwearable. When I reached out for a return, Attere cited a policy change from November that blocked refunds, leaving me stuck with a useless item and out $200 for the coat alone—total loss around $400. This company markets itself as offering sophisticated, high-quality designer fashion, but in reality, it peddles low-grade, misrepresented products at inflated prices, preying on buyers expecting something premium. I wouldn't trust Attere with a single dollar again, and I strongly advise steering clear to avoid the same frustration and financial hit. 1 star. 🌟
