I’m absolutely delighted with our bespoke radiator cover. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish — when I needed to change the measurements, it was no trouble at all and handled so quickly and professionally. The cover arrived much sooner than expected, beautifully wrapped, with really clear and thorough instructions. The quality and finish are just perfect — we’re so pleased with the final result! Highly recommend.

We waited months for some nails shelves, ( may ) from back and forth of very poor communication and a failed delivery attempted ( after the first being the wrong side ) they’ll argue with you that you’re in the wrong . Finally got the nail shelves and they’re stacked wrong and the wrong colour . Go to message them on Instagram and they’ve blocked every person in the salon . They were ment to be the same colour as the wall ! absolute stress from start to finish

Avoid at all costs unless you want a 6 month headache!!
Ordered shelves in May, first delivery was “failed” second delivery was completely wrong sizing so they sent them back whilst trying to blame it on me stating I ordered this size when I clearly didn’t and had proof of what was ordered . Then had a nightmare getting a refund cause communication is almost impossible. Then they agreed to remake the correct ones and they rearranged delivery for like 2 months later. They never came, then stated I didn’t pay but they told me I could repay on delivery. The they got booked in AGAIN & cancelled AGAIN due to a funeral to attend. Just had the final delivery of them and they are the wrong colour, and not what I ordered STILL. I give up what an absolute shambles of a company. My partner now will have to spend time adapting them to what I actually ordered!

From the start of finding made to measure radiator covers was brilliant the whole experience was quick and easy.
I had an email confirming about the size I put in which i am very greatful for.
When the arrived I had an email to say a delivery date and they are beautiful and fit perfectly

Further update, Jan 2026. I have received my money back from the bank after they had to intervene due to Auunique not responding to any of my requests for a refund. I have since received notification from the bank that Auunique have challenged my refund. As there are no grounds to challenge this, I can only assume this is just to annoy me. I have also had to verify this review with trust pilot, as Auunique have challenged this review as not being genuine. I can confirm it is genuine. This is an horrendous company and Liam is very rude. Update (09/10/25) I have still not received my refund, this seems to be the MO of this company. Ignore people who have been treated badly and force them to go through the bank for a refund. I am disgusted with this experience! Awful Experience. Ordered a TV unit and used a discount code I was sent, which worked on the site when ordering. Got confirmation and had comms with Amy regarding the dimensions. 19 days after my order was confirmed and the week before delivery, Liam contacted me to say the discount code was not valid and I had to pay the rest or my order would not be delivered. No apology, or accountability, just obnoxious emails. Very poor for a “small family run business” keep your unit Liam, and give me my money back asap!

This is a honest review. I ordered the Florence mirrored radiator cover. This was a made to measure were I had someone to come out and measure because I needed cuts for boxing in that had been done , when it came the cuts had been done slightly out I got in touch with Liam and Amy and it was no problem to get another made and voiced my concerns about some reviews on here honestly I’ve had no trouble getting my replacement so much so it was personally delivered by Liam I’m so happy it’s just beautiful and so well made I wouldn’t hesitate to order again in the future

Superb from start to finish, Straightforward intuitive customer service, a totally accurate and crafted radiator cover - delivered on time and on budget to the highest standard - I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Bought a radiator cover costing over £400. Communication was okay to begin with however the product delivery date continually changed and was quite delyaed. I was offered a refund of delivery fee which I never received despite follow-up. Product seems decently made but poor service.

Excellent product, beautifully made and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using again.

The craftsmanship and detail from these guys is just amazing.
I wanted a particular design and size for a project for a clients home which i spent hours looking online and they I came across AU UNIQUE on Pinterest and they were uk based so it was ideal.
I sent over the design specs and i received a quote the same day, delivered in 2 weeks which for a bespoke item I was shocked but all round fabulous company and I will be using again in the future.

Thanks again for a great product, we’ve been using auunique now for 4 years for our bespoke joinery needs and I couldn’t fault them or their work which is incredible!
Seems as though you got some competition which doesn’t surprise me.
I can see so many negative reviews which are all saying the same thing following a pattern but looks fake to me hopefully it’s doesn’t have an effect on you guys and you get to the bottom, of it.

Be honest in your transactions and COMMUNICATE. Ordered a radiator cover and paid since 18th June. They were meant to deliver 18th July. Stayed home to receive the delivery and they were a no show. Difficult to contact but eventually did and they said they would deliver the following week. No delivery, no communication. After eventually getting in touch they said the item was damaged and they had to remake it. No communication since, no item. I guess they are still remaking it. They were very responsive when they took my payment in the beginning and after that they were terrible. This is the worst company I have ever come across. Customer beware. Read the other reviews about them. Do not do business with these people. I have just started the process of trying to get my money back with the bank.
Shame on you AU UNIQUE! I would have given 0 stars if it were an option.

I received a bespoke reception desk created by Liam at AU Unique for my new business Cove Salon & Spa in Sunderland. I’m so pleased with the outcome! A very smooth process and their communication is brilliant. They understood exactly what we wanted and the clients can’t compliment this piece of furniture enough!

I can’t wait to order more stuff off them!

After three months I've had to start the process of claiming my money back off my card issuer. They just seemed to have no intention of actually delivering my order. After waiting six weeks I was given a five hour delivery window. That passed by with no delivery attempt. When I queried it I was fed a story about the courier being in a minor accident and having to turn back. I might have believed that if it wasn't for all the other similar stories on here.

It's now a month after that original delivery date

Warning: Non-Delivery & No Communication!

I ordered a radiator cover and bespoke sideboard from Au Unique in mid-May 2025.
* I contacted them multiple times — zero replies.

* After 6 weeks, I finally received an email promising mid-July delivery with a specific date and time.

* On delivery day: no items arrived, and no communication was provided.

* Repeated calls and emails went unanswered. Their phone just rings with no voicemail or pickup.

I eventually had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover the money, as I had received nothing and couldn’t get a response. The refund is being processed through the bank — not by the company directly.
2 hours after leaving a review, I received an email from Au Unique that was defensive and accusatory, suggesting I had falsely claimed they “stole” my money. They also threatened to report my review to Trustpilot as well as wanting to consult their solicitors if this has an impact on their small business. Rather than acknowledging the lack of communication or failed delivery, they focused on defending their reputation.
Their social media presence made them seem legitimate, but my experience was deeply disappointing. Looking at other reviews, I’m not alone — there appears to be a pattern of poor communication, missed deliveries, and unresolved issues.
My recommendation: Avoid purchasing from Au Unique. The lack of transparency, failure to deliver, and dismissive response to customer concerns have caused significant stress and wasted time.

Hopeless company, awful response time and when they did come to measure, they lost the measurements and I can't get any response to my e-mails since!
Started the process on the 4th June and nearly 2 months later we are no further on.

Auunique exploits customers and steals their money. Like so many 1 star reviews on here, we have fallen victim to Auunique cutting off all communications after sending us an item with incorrect dimensions - they did the measuring themselves in our home. They have also now deleted their Facebook and Instagram accounts, most likely hiding from angry and frustrated customers. We are still, after two months, waiting for a response from them. Clearly, they are cowards who are refusing to deal with the problems they have created.

I sent all the measurements in and picked what l wanted. Everyone has their own style so this made it very easy to choose. They made and delivered exactly what l wanted. Our kitchen has only just been finished and having a radiator cover just sets the room of. I will be ordering another for the hall at a later date. Very pleased with this our purchase. Can thoroughly recommend.
