This company have been stress all the way! I ordered a radiator cover and was told someone would come to check the measurements - the day was organised and I was told they would arrive at midday. Midday comes and goes and nobody turns up, I call and email and there is no response at all.
The guys finally turn up nearly 3 hours late right before I was due to leave the house and the attitude was terrible. They blamed management, management blamed them! I should have just cancelled before it went further and I really wish I had.

I was told a 2 week timeframe for delivery (before i even ordered) and then given an actual date for delivery after ordering. Fast forward to the week of the delivery, I hadn't heard anything so contacted asking for confirmation and was then told it wasn't being delivered as agreed, that the van needed work, then the driver was up north. Apparently they had contacted all of their other customers to let them know but not me!? Back and forth regarding this delivery was exhausting, Amy the person I dealt with was slow on responding and frankly terrible in her attitude and customer service.

It ended up in the order being cancelled for a refund. But the fun didn't stop there! I had to chase for the refund and they only sent part of it! I've emailed multiple times regarding this and have had no response, they blocked me on Facebook and are evidently stealing the final part of my refund. As this was made as a bank transfer (at their request!) I cant even do a chargeback with my bank!

Downright thieving, and terribly run company. Avoid them if you want good customer service (or even an item for that matter!) These items are not cheap so you'd expect at least basic level service but they can't even do that.

I won't stop trying to get my money back so I hope they read this and sort it out!

Order number 10396 just incase they try to say this is fake! I wish I'd read the other reviews before purchasing!

We wanted a TV cabinet that would hide the TV, Auunique made us a lovely looking unit that blends in with the bed.

The listing said oak but it was made out of MDF, a powder spray gives it a good finish.

Mechanism is easy to understand and can be done through your phone.

It was made and delivered really quickly and the driver helped me carry it upstairs (it is really heavy).

Got my radiator cover delivered today with in the time window. It was well packed. It took 6 weeks over all. It looks fabulous.

Really happy with 2 new radiator cabinets, very well made. I had radiator covers in my previous home which I liked but they weren't the same quality as AUUnique. I still need to fit the cabinets but overall I'm extremely happy with the product and delivery. Thanks Liam and Amy

Our item arrived soon after it was ordered. It was well-packed and exactly as described. We're very pleased with the high quality of the item, as well as the fast, efficient ordering process. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.

We ordered our bespoke radiator cover (invoice no. 1878) on 16/10/2024. The company was originally really helpful with our bespoke measurements. The product was delivered 12/12/2024 and it was lovely! However, it wasn't the grill the one we had ordered. We re-contacted the company who requested pictures as proof. After we sent the pictures they then arranged for collection of the product for rectification. This was collected on 07/02/2025. From then until this original review, they completely ghosted us. No updates, no product. After this original review on 11/03/2025 a product was gratefully redelivered. Unfortunately, it was the wrong colour. This has since been addressed with a further delivery. Overall, the bespoke product is fantastic and there is clearly skill, but from our perspective it was a lot of hassle for the £320 we paid over 6 months ago.

Awful experience. I ordered a Pre-Made Vertical Slat Bespoke Radiator Cover for £65 at the correct measurements as stated online. Waited for a few weeks only to have my order cancelled as they realised they messed up on the pricing for this cover, no fault of mine but i offered to buy at the new price of £90. They have changed the pricing and measurement’s online to reflect this mistake. I emailed Amy who has not responded and they have gone ghost on me so I’m assuming they just don’t want to deliver it as it’s not on there run anytime soon.Very upsetting and frustrating that I haven’t received a reply to my email on 27/02/25

Very, very happy with radiator cover. Cover made exactly to specs and is top quality.
Customer service was exceptional - very good communication, every query answered straight away and very helpful. Kept informed of progress of cover being built.

Ordered a motorised TV cabinet from AUNIQUE Ltd and couldn’t be more delighted with it.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was first class, and I was amazed with the build quality of the unit when it arrived.

Amy & Liam were so helpful and responsive to my questions to ensure my order was correct, the delivery team even helped with taking the heavy unit up to our bedroom.

I can’t recommend this company high enough.

Ordered unit, it arrived damaged and they promised to collect it and refund me in full, told me refund had gone through and I should get it within 7-10 days. After 16 days of nothing and ignoring my emails they finally refunded my money minus £50 for no reason. Complete con artists who you should never use. I read the reviews and like an idiot still took the gamble which never paid off, thieves.

Great communications, great service, great product. Nothing more really to be said.

Will be using them again.

I ordered two bespoke nail polish units for my new nail studio that is opening soon. They were super quick at responding via instagram dms and even changed my delivery location last minute due to not having my keys where I thought I would.
The paintwork is amazing, no marks or blotchy patches which is amazing! The craftsmanship is incredible, especially amazing getting to see things made on their social media pages.
I was offered multiple delivery dates and the delivery driver was lovely and delivered it on time within the time slot and carried them in for me.
I can’t wait to get them up on my walls super soon and get some photos!

After a long story, AU Unique "found" my order, but ignored my instruction on it, blame me for their mistakes and "consider" a refund. They don't fess up and refuse to deliver!!

Feb 15, 2025.

I placed an order with AU-Unique on November 29, 2024 (Order #9468) and received an email on January 7, 2025, confirming that my order had been processed. However, I have not received my order and have had no updates since then.

I have tried to contact AU-Unique multiple times via phone and left voicemails, but no one responds. Emails remain unanswered, and there is no way to reach customer service directly.

I kindly request an urgent update on the status of my order by Wednesday, February 19, 2025, including a clear timeline for when I can expect delivery.

I urge Liam and the team at AU-Unique to respond ASAP and provide a resolution.

I find your response highly concerning. I have now reviewed my order details, and I would like to clarify a few key points:

1) This is not a paid review—I have written only six reviews in 11 years (one in 2014, one in 2023, three in 2024, and one in 2025). That is hardly a business model for making money.

2) You claim that you cannot find my order, yet somehow, you knew I placed an order for delivery to the Netherlands, even though I never mentioned that in my review. If my order does not exist in your system, how do you have this information?

3) I have proof of purchase. My order [#9468] was placed on November 29, 2024, and I received an email from AU-Unique on January 7, 2025, confirming that my order had been processed. The total amount of £371.87 was charged to my credit card.

4) In my order, I explicitly requested that you contact me about the shipping address before proceeding. However, instead of responding to my emails or calls, my inquiries were ignored.

5) Your website indicated "Free Shipping (2-4 weeks)" at checkout. If there was an issue with shipping to my location, I should have been contacted when my order was processed. Instead, I was left with no updates.

It is extremely disappointing that Trustpilot appears to be the only way to receive a response from your company. I have called and emailed multiple times with no reply, and based on other customer reviews, I am not alone in this experience.

Since I still want my order, I am happy to provide a UK-based shipping address where my friends can receive it on my behalf. I request confirmation within 48 hours that my order will be shipped to this address.

Please provide a clear response and resolution as soon as possible.

Order Disappeared, But My Design Is Now on Their Website?

I placed an order with AU Unique, paid in full, and received confirmation via email of both my order and its processing. Now they claim my order "is not known to them" and suggest I contact my bank.

Meanwhile, the exact design I ordered—previously not on their website—is now being showcased as an example. This unpainted version clearly shows it is a bespoke design.

How does an order "not exist" when my payment was accepted and the product I designed is now being displayed for sale?

I have arranged for delivery within the UK. If that was the problem for you, that is now solved.

I want my bespoke radiator as ordered: it is right there on your website. I can't share a link to it here, but I have saved the website item as a file and I'm happy to send it to you.

Please confirm shipping details and ship the order I paid for.

P.S. Just because someone has a location of a review here on Trustpilot, that doesn't mean that they live in the same country or ordered something to be shipped to that same country. But we've got the problem of shipping location sorted and it IS possible to order from outside the UK on your website. I've done it and paid.

You claim that you "haven’t received any contact regarding this review." That is incorrect. I have called and a friend of mine (who is in the UK) called too.

Regarding my location: Yes, I ordered from the Netherlands. This was never an issue when my order was accepted and paid for. If shipping was a problem, I should have been contacted at the time of processing.

Regardless, I have now arranged for delivery within the UK. Since my order clearly exists—considering it’s now featured on your website—I expect confirmation of shipping details.

I have sent you an email from 2 different email addresses with the evidence, just to make sure you get it.

If I could have I’d have given ZERO STARS! Appalling service from day dot - 10 weeks of waiting patiently and several emails, all led by me chasing my order, Amy emailed today (13/2/2025) to say parcel force hadn’t picked up the order so they’ve refunded me, sorry. That was it, no offer of an alternative delivery service or compensation for waiting TEN WEEKS! No sincere apology, so much for their “Exceptional Service & Support”, not a single ounce of that shown in any of the blunt email responses I received. You’ve been warned, terrible customer service and ordering experience - I mean who leaves a customer with an order of 10 weeks, for a small radiator cover and my money in their bank account the whole time!!!!

We have now had 3 radiator covers made by Liam and his team. We are really pleased with the quality and the look of all of them. One has an oak shelf which we varnished ourselves and looks amazing the other two have white shelves and also look fabulous.
I would have no problem in recommending AUUNIQUE to do any bespoke work you may need.
I found communication and customer service very good as well.
