Terrible Customer Support
Customer service does nothing to help you, and some are just genuinely incompetent. The system is clunky and far more manual than it should be. In my experience, Interparcel works, as long as you do the work, dont require any assistance, and dont question fraudulent extra charges. The only time you will get acceptable service is when they take your money.

I can't begin to explain in enough detail the level of "who gives a shit" I felt from this company. And how much of an inconvenience I am that when my parcel wasn't picked up on Tuesday, that why am I calling Wednesday, Thursday and finally cancelling it on Friday and requesting a refund because it still hasn't been picked up.

He was so fast, efficient and patient with me. It took him less than 3 minutes to find all my orders' locations, reschedule new couriers, and submit new claims.

Swift and concise responses about our parcel and giving up to date information regarding its whereabouts was incredibly satisfactory. The only thing that we could mention was there was a period of silence where Interparcel stated they were checking to see if the delivery had gone through but no other confirmation came back. Eventually the customer themselves personally confirmed it had been received in full. And only then, a few weeks later did we receive an Interparcel email stating it had been finalised, alongside a POD. Unsure what occurred in the back-end but I had faith that it had been delivered, but we were just left in the dark regarding a true confirmation.
