I already gave a survey for the Ayr team. I will give another if you want. Isobel and Shaun are terrific staff. I had a problem with my left rechargeble hearing aid. It didn’t appear to charge correctly (light going between green and yellow). Isobel got me in the next day. I had the filter changed and Shaun retested my hearing and replaced the end clips that hold the hearing aid in the ear. Just brilliant staff! Going to them for years! Highly recommend HH to all with hearing problems!

The staff at Ayr Hidden Hearing are friendly and welcoming.Isobel always greets you with a smile and the offer of a cup of coffee. Sean the audiologist was very kind and helpful with the fitting of my new hearing aids. I took time to adjust to a different style of hearing aid and his time and patience was limitless until I got the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend.

Just had a wax removal at Hidden Hearing in Deal. The procedure was preformed by Ear Care Practitioner Ashleigh Bullen and I must say the treatment given was excellent, I fully recommend service.
