Lisa on reception was so helpful and is always so cheerful and friendly. She put new speakers in my Mum's hearing aids which meant my Mum could hear again, & then she called to say more slots were available for ear syringing which meant my Mum could be seen sooner. The lovely guy who syringed her ears was so good and patient as it took quite a while to do because her ears were so bad

As always seen promptly and tested thoroughly after discussion on new technologies and my experience we decided on a trial of a new hearing system

I met the receptionist a very nice respectful lady. She was polite and friendly with me. I was attended to byYejide Aiyeola with warmth, and due diligence and professionalism.
Ye jide treated me like a father. She was very professional.
The environment was very good.

As soon as you get there you are welcomed and made to feel relaxed. The test is quick and easy but most importantly they explain the test results so you understand especially if there are changes to the year before. I think this is one of the best places to go for your hearing test, very understanding and kind.

Was a lovely experience. Could.have given more than 5 stars. I would recommend to everyone to go check them out.

I've been with Hidden Hearing Bexleyheath for over two years now, with quite a few appointments. In this time, I can honestly say the standard of service has been very high. From the friendly welcome to the cheerful audiologist, I can only give a five-star rating.

Friendly and informative consultant

My audiologist is absolutely amazing! I was 19 when I got told I needed a hearing aid and she’s so lovely and made me feel comfortable about it from the beginning! As a young person with a hearing aid I was worried about how I would be with one however she put me at ease and has always explained everything so well to make sure im okay! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The young lady who done the procedure on my son’s ears was very informative and professional. My son has autism and he felt very comfortable at all times. She explained very well, asked him throughout if he felt ok and was very friendly. (Bexleyheath Branch )

As always Tasha was exceptionally professional and caring whilst removing the earwax. She checked that I was ok during the procedure. I can't ask for more.

My experience with Hidden Hearing - Bexleyheath was amazing from the very beginning. I appreciated the kind and friendly receptionist who scheduled my appointment. Yejide was the Audiologist that I saw, and she listened to my concerns attentively and educated me about the anatomy of the ear. Every step of the appointment was explained to me and I left feeling informed, happy and reassured with the outcome.

Very welcoming and very efficient. All dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.

Very professional and friendly throughout my whole experience and learnt a lot more after having my appointment about my hearing than I did before.
