The ear cleaning service, kindly provided by Diane, was impeccable. I came in with limited hearing, and was very well taken care of, and after a short procedure it was like I could hear for the first time!
We were unable to get everything out in the first appointment, fortunately a second appointment is provided for no additional charge, giving time to try and soften the wax further with the provided olive oil. 10/10

Diane Dorr really knew her stuff and was gentle and reassuring and got the job done.

We were very impressed with the depth and detail of our hearing test with Adam .He explained everything so well and we learnt a lot too!
There were so many different diagnostic tests, we discussed the results seen on the screen and Adam told us what each result signified .
There was only one negative and that was where the room was situated ,it was next to the kitchen which was a bit of a distraction.
Thank you Adam .You were brilliant !

Excellent experience at Cambridge branch. First ever ear wax removal appointment and I was a bit nervous. Diane was very friendly and reassuring and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service and price.

I was nervous at first but the Gentleman that did my earing test was truly a proper professional.

At evert point he explained what he would be doing he reassured me that there was noting to be worried about.

The appointment was on time and I was taken through all the tests I needed and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand

I must give credit to Sharon and Diane in the Cambridge branch for squeezing me in for an emergency appointment - when there were no regular slots available. Diane made me feel totally at ease and did a great job of restoring my blocked ear - the day before I was attending a property investors conference. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend them.

Ears are a sensitive thing and unless you have someone who knows what they are doing it can be a painful experience having ears cleaned yet Matt made everything such a painless breeze

not only was it efficient and kind, but its saved me money being able to be seen at home. the best news of all i didnt need hearing aids. I would be more than Happy to see Adam from cambridge again next year for a check up.

I particularly single out the after-sales service, which is all that could be desired. Requests for clarification of procedures, adjustments of hearing aids, wax removal -- all are dealt with promptly and efficiently, sometimes by whoever was on the switchboard, at other times by the excellent Ellie or Diane. An exemplary support service throughout November and December.

My husband & I recently acquired Oticon minirite R hearing aids, we have both found them amazing! Our hearing is now amazing, we take phone calls using them, we play music through them , they are so much more than hearing aids. Just one down side is the price, £5,799 for each set.

Diane Dorr looked after me in the Cambridge centre on Regent Street. She was so lovely and professional, explained everything in great detail and made me feel really at ease. A great experience.

I enjoyed having my ears checked and was told my hearing was very good for a man in early sixties, found the consultant very helpful and easy to talk to, reception lady very friendly as well , definitely recommend

Thomas Preece (Cambs branch) has been extremely helpful in setting up by hearing aids and has continued to be supportive in solving any issues.
