Audika - Guildford Reviews

A very informative experience. I had wax removal which was quick and painless. Dee was very pleasant and did a very good job. I will definitely be going back again.

Very professional and sensitive to ensure I was comfortable and ready for what was involved. Roopa was welcoming and handled my treatment with care and attentiveness. Very happy with the improvement in my hearing as a result of this procedure.

Very professional and supportive at the Guildford branch today with Roopa Samani. Just had my ear micro compression done to remove ear wax. Looked at the before and after image photos of the inner ears. Impressed with the end results. Thanks

Went to Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal - the work was carried out by Roopa Samani. Before starting she xplained clearly what was going to happen and checked my health records. She performed the wax removal over a rifteen minute period; there was no pain and the level of tinnitus I experience was reduced by the end of the treatment. I recommend Ms Samani most strongly and with no reservation.

Visited for ear wax removal. Roopa was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed genuine care. Overall, excellent at her job.

My practioner, Dee, was welcoming and very pleasant and explained everything very clearly. It was also interesting to see the video of my own ears, especially to confirm I didn't actually need the microsuction!

Very friendly and caring.
Excellent advice.

An excellent service. Roopa is very welcoming and knowledgable and will easily make you feel at ease. Very thorough and an excellent attention to detail. Everything is so loud now

Finding Hidden Hearing Guildford to take over from my previous (unsatisfactory provider) was a revelation. From arranging the appointment to completing the hearing test and supplying the hearing aids to suit my profile was one week. Hearing Aid Dispenser Michael Colclough was most professional and took time to explain the details relating to my aids.

Excellent service all round. Easy to make/change appointments, seen on time by helpful staff. Worth the expense of the aids.
Microsuction today was painless and successful - so glad having had a couple of bad experiences elsewhere. Kathryn Livingstone, Eye Care Practitioner, was very gentle and reassuring. Thank you.

I had wonderful treatment for ear wax removal which was persistent. Roopa Samani was so patient and professional. After several attempts she managed to clear and I could hear again! Will visit more regularly in future!

Linda Morgan was very helpful - great and quick experience to remove ear wax. Would recommend.

Hallelujah ! I went to see Dee Hartman at hidden hearing in Guildford, who was so kind, thorough and patient with me.
Restored my hearing due to a wax build up.
Money well spent 👏
Thank you Dee.

I had ear impressions made in May at the cost of £30 unfortunately the in ear monitors that were 3D printed from the impressions did not seal
I returned in June to get new impressions made
when I mentioned the others were unsuccessful the guy who was dealing with me said the person who did the last ones was standing in
and he couldn’t guarantee them
To add insult to injury
When I paid on the way out the price had gone up to £50 from £30
A £20 rise in a month that’s almost a rise of 70%
I think that’s disgusting

I was given a detailed and clear explanation of my hearing problems and how to use and maintain my aids

I visited Hidden Hearing in Guildford for an ear wax removal procedure. The practitioner was very professional and completed the procedure very competently. I would not hesitate in recommending this service in the future.

Thank you Afzaal for being so kind, helpful and efficient in helping me with my father's hearing aids. You were professional and efficient in helping me out and I have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing

Linda Mogran in the Guildford branch did an ear wax removal for me. Very polite, informative and efficient service, Linda showed me before and after videos on the iPhone connected otoscope which was really interesting and reassuring.

I would definitely recommend the service. I only needed one visit, but up to 3 repeats are included in the very reasonable single fee if this is needed. Good value.

Excellent service from Afzaal Sharif - patient, proactive and puts his client first. Would highly recommend him to clients. Thank you!
