Clear introduction to the process ensured a stress-free hearing test; trying out the hearing aids after was a revelation after the battles I’ve had with my NHS aids over the years- so many features that will improve my day to day life immeasurably.

I was pleased and surprised as to how quickly I could get an appointment. Andrew was very knowlegable, helpful, friendly and efficent. He made a daunting situation much improved. The Hearing Aids were provided very quickly. I cannot fault anything about the service I have received from Hidden Hearing.

Quality care and friendliness
I really value the friendliness and repetition of the staff for me to contact them and come in if I have any problems or difficulties.
The staff always ring me back if they are unavailable when I ring and I have to leave a message.

Ear wax removal was great
The ear wax removal was effective and the staff friendly and efficient. I was given a clear explanation of what was about to happen and she was very reassuring. The procedure was pain free and I was very pleased to have full hearing back. Will definitely be returning to Hidden Hearing next time . Good value - I’ve paid more at other places that were not so good.

Had an ear wax removal appointment at the Ipswich branch with Diane. She was very friendly and the procedure was quick, with no discomfort. Would recommend their service and go back in the future.

Impressive hearing care
I have recently had two appointments at Hidden Hearing in Ipswich. The experience in both has been very, very good. Ear wax removal performed by Debbie was entirely comfortable, and Andrew's thoroughness in checking my hearing was, as usual, very welcome.

Review zonder uitnodiging
Disappointing afternoon
Appointment made by telephone and confirmed by e mail for 1.30 pm. However consultant and Manager did not arrive until 2.00 pm which was the time they had been given. I had also been asked to have a carer with me. As the meeting was late she had to leave before it was over so her time was wasted.
Consultant was very thorough and apologised for being late.
