What can I say! My experience at Hidden Hearing has been amazing. I have had tests and wax removal at the Lytham branch over the past few years and the service has always been spot on. I was recently fitted with aids due to some deterioration in my hearing and the results have been astonishing. The treatment has always been very professional and courteous, but most important of all it has proved effective. So, a big thank you again to Elaine Norris and the team for all your help, I wanted to award 6 stars but could only find the five stars button!! Steve R.

Went for ear wax removal and had a very good experience. Lee was very thorough and talked me through the procedure carefully to put me at my ease. The removal process itself was uncomfortable but not at all painful and I felt reassured by Lee’s care and concern throughout. Highly recommended.

My experience was great. I came in to get wax removal. Everything was explained in detail what was going to happen. I can now hear again. Would definitely recommend.

Lee Gascoyne carefully examined my ears and showed me the photo that clearly indicated the build up of wax. He then carefully and gently removed the wax and some dry skin skilfully and expertly. The result was a complete clearance of my ear canal. He then showed me the inside of my ears which were clear of wax. At all times I rated his expertise highly.

Went for my 6 monthly check up. Unfortunately when my ears were inspected Wax was found in my left ear. So a full examination was not possible. ELAINE NORRIS was very helpful and explained what action to take. Feel better now i know what had been causing my hearing malfunction. Elaine was very thorough with a pleasant personality. Thankyou. Diane Cole who i had a consultation and treatment in Lytham was very professional and solved my hearing problem with minimal fuss and talked me through the procedure thank you very much kind regards.

I had a great experience at Hidden Hearing. I have gone for free hearing test. I am only 21 but no matter what age you are they will welcome you and take your concerns seriously. Elaine took care of me, she explained everything so well while going through it all. She also made sure my mother (which doesn’t speak well English) understand everything as well. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. If you have any concerns about your hearing don’t be scared to go and check it out. It is a very easy and painless process and it gives you clarity. My hearing was in normal rage, however because of my concerns Elaine took it further and informed my gp. Also the receptionist was so nice, she offered us drinks.
I would of gave them 10 stars I could.

Attended with my husband who was having problems. The service provided was excellent with procedure fully explained and undertaken professionally by Diane Cole.

Great experience. Was able to secure an appointment within a couple of days. Diane Cole explained the procedure clearly, shared the images of my inner ear with me and removed the wax quickly and without discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to hidden hearing lytham for 18 months. Cannot fault the service. As a younger adult with hearing loss Elaine has always put me at ease and Glynis the receptionist cannot do enough. First class customer service.

I have been going to Hidden Hearing in Lytham for several years and it’s always a stress free experience. The staff are extremely pleasant and professional.I usually see Elaine Norris who is very experienced and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Hearing loss and associated problems are what they specialise in here. I personally wouldn’t to go to a place that also sells spectacles or toiletries.
