Justine at Maidstone made the whole thing strangely enjoyable and totally pain free , she made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the clinic. Justine was very gentle with her probe and my experience was delightful.
Thank for the probing and I didn't even bye her dinner first.😂🤣.

Hidden hearing at Maidstone made it so difficult to get £81 back from my dead mum’s account.
They sent out a cheque and would not send a direct payment.
Their staff don’t respond to emails or phone calls.
Don’t use these there are more affordable and responsible companies out there, do your research!!

Lovely welcome at reception, relaxing quiet environment. Hannah carried out a visual inspection and my hearing test, explaining everything well, discussing issues I was experiencing. Very helpful and reassuring. Clear explanantion/analysis of the slight loss of hearing range identified and what to expect. Next appt due in 2 years.

I had a very efficient and professional experience provided by Sam and Lucy. I was fitted in the same day I called to make an appointment and was provided a fantastic service by Sam who carried out a hearing test and we discussed options to assist me with my hearing. Jessica the war care practitioner who removed ear wax from my ears today, was very professional, gentle, pleasant. She explained the whole procedure to me and it was very quick. I recommend Hidden Hearing.

Justine was lovely and very helpful, she managed to clear out our nans ears and has made a massive difference to all of us as we are now able to have proper conversations and allow her to have her hearing aids checked. Having a home visit was much easier for my nan because she can't get out very easily and she felt very comfortable with Justine.

The office is neat and the officer at the reception was very warm. The doctor was absolutely amazing with my mom and took his time to provide every detail related to her complaint. Excellent customer service overall.

Darren Lisa & Lucy are a brilliant team. I have had my aids a long time, but recently had to use my NHS aids. My HH aids are far superior.

I saw Justine at the Maidstone branch this morning for my ear wax removal appointment.
Right from the moment I stepped through the door, both Justine and Lisa, the branch coordinator, greeted me with a smile and an offer of a drink while I waited.
When I got into my appointment, Justine was a real professional about everything. She talked me through the procedure, asked me the relevant questions, and after an initial examination explained the findings to me.
Throughout the procedure, Justine was talking me through everything and always checking if there was any discomfort or pain.
When the procedure was complete, Justine explained the findings and the after care instructions.
I can't say enough good things about my appointment and the service I received from the Maidstone branch as well as Justine, and I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone for a hearing test and for ear wax removal.

The Young lady (Jessica) was very polite understanding and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend her.
