I had ear wax removed using micro suction at the Peterborough branch.
Excellent service carried out by a lovely professional, caring audiologist, whose name I have forgotten.
Made me feel very at ease and explained everything, with no discomfort during wax removal.
I have used other companies before, with nowhere near this level of professionalism and care.
Also follow up hearing test included in price!

I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I saw a lovely lady by the name of Clare Fordham today at the Peterborough branch. She was patient, courteous and explained everything she was doing all the way through the procedure. I would highly recommend Clare without hesitation.

I contacted Hidden Hearing in Peterborough quite reluctantly because I was driving friends and family nuts with my limited hearing. I seen Tahmina she was ultra professional and sympathetic, she listened to my concerns. Totally put me at ease throughout, and she has literally changed my life for the better. My friends and family are happy now we can finally have conversations without me saying pardon, what, ayyye. If anyone is reading this and thinks that's me then Hidden hearing in Peterborough an especially the very talented Tahmina is the place to go. Prices are amazing too for what the end result delivers.....

Scammers, first test I was told my ears were blocked so rearranged for a de wax. Turned up only to be asked for £70 up front, what a con, no qualifications to speak of no warning of charges, I courtesy. Just lost a potential hearing aid customer, probably the worst hearing aides in the world anyway. £30 paid in fuel and parking. Don’t bother folks, go to a professional store

I am really happy with my ear aids l can hear so much clearer just need two have my phone coming through them which l have paid for the device going there two tomorrow morning let hope its works

I went to Hidden Hearing for my ear assessment at Peterborough and it was a great experience. The audiologist, Helen, was very patient and detail. I wanted to find out if I had hearing loss becuase of an event I experienced but thankfully after the examination, my ears are fine. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to everyone. The team did a wonderful job from the receptionist to the audiologist. Cheers.
