My husband & I called into the shop in the off chance of making a future appointment. We were met with a extremely friendly and welcoming lady who advised us of a cancellation and could fit my husband in for a consultation within 15mins. Alistair could only be described as professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly, a real people person who put my husband completely at ease. Within 3 hrs my husband felt like he had got his life back and could hear a more normal sound (and his wife nagging), he felt more confident outdoors. We appreciate this is an ongoing situation but the future is much brighter belonging to our new family at Hidden Hearing. Thank you from us both.

We were stuck with my husband’s hearing aids blocked and no means to unblock them. We were on holiday from Dorset and popped into Hidden Hearing to see if they could help. Adrian and Katherine were so kind to us and Adrian devised a means of unblocking them. We are so very grateful as it would have affected our holiday due to him not being able to hear. I cannot comment on hidden hearing as a whole but i can comment on the service I received at hidden hearing in Shrewsbury. Adrian is very caring and is determined to get everything right. He explains very clearly what he is doing and why. He is approachable and thorough. Excellent service

I will admit I was very apprehensive about the appointment but Walter put me at ease from the start. He was pleasant, calming and professional. He explained the process we were going to do. I was shocked to find I needed hearing aids but Walter took the sting away.

I started off as a ‘walk in’ customer and arranged an appointment with the audiologist at the branch. This appointment was very thorough. Each test was explained carefully and the results shown to me on a shared screen. I received a recommendation as to what hearing aids could do to help me. I was allowed a pair to test out in the ‘real world’ before receiving my own pair of individually adjusted hearing aids. These have been programmed for my specific needs. Free aftercare is also in place for the coming months and years.
In summary, I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by the audiologist and the sense that I was an individual customer. I would contrast this with the ‘High Street’ hearing centre that I had visited first.
Hidden Hearing have given me a sense of confidence in my hearing. It’s early days but the impact on my hearing is significantly positive.

I hope that repair times can be reduced, and that customers are always offered the loan of a replacement aid when a hearing aid has to be sent away for repair.

I had had a previous bad experience with another hearing aid supplier and was reluctant to have another go. Was persuaded by my husband to have another go and I picked hidden hearing in Shrewsbury after doing a google search. I made an appointment- easy online access. I was then phoned by Molly to go through the appointment- I felt listened to and was positive about attending the appointment. Adrian did my hearing test and walked me through exactly what I needed, after again listening to my needs. When I first tried the hearing aid in my right ear and a transmitter in my left I found my life has been revolutionised- I hadn’t realised what I was missing. Busy, noisy places are now a joy to be in as I can hear everything!! Thank you Adrian and Molly for your continued support and help- (need to pop in for the tool thing and little replacement cap things as none in my box)☺️☺️

I went to the Shrewsbury branch of Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal yesterday. I saw Georgina, who was both friendly and professional and who made an excellent job of removing the wax from my ears.

Very professional and did the job very well, would highly recommend Georgina! Five star!

If I could sing, I’d be singing to the world about my incredible experience with this company. I came to them after my hearing loss started to really affect my quality of life…not to mention frustrate my family to the point that it began to affect my relationship with them. I didn’t know how bad it actually was until the thorough, revealing assessment! Molly was my initial contact, and she was terrific. She advised me to bring family members along for the (free) assessment, and I’m so glad she did. We were all treated with the utmost respect throughout. They were as astounded as I was at the degree I was suffering. Adrian explained so much to us all about the process, the outcome, and the ultimate dramatic transformation I could expect. It exceeded my expectations and I can say without doubt that I have my life back! Don’t put it off. If you suspect you suffer from hearing loss and you think ‘it’s okay’…it probably isn’t.

Went to Hidden Hearing in Shrewsbury to have ear wax removal. Georgina dealt with this for me and I found her very helpful and explained the procedure fully. Very reassuring if you are unsure of what is involved. Very quick procedure and was very happy with everything. Thank you Georgina, lovely to meet and have dealt with you.
