I love my aura frame, it absolutely says luxury photo viewing. Stunning display lovely elegance and easy to use. Customer service was so prompt in getting back to me and resolved my issue in an instant. Appreciate them so much and I will be getting another aura frame soon.

Fancy Schmantzy -- What a waste of $249
Frame looks nice but even though its connected to the internet all the time the brain dead engineers at Aura did not put in an option fot the display to show basic information that , if you are using this in the kitchen or elsewhere in the house would be handy . NO TIME DISPLAYED, NO DATE DISPLAYED < NO TEMP DISPLAYED . How hard would it be to add that option you say ? Not hard at all and so they are basically selling you a digital slide projector that does nothing else but drain your wallet.
So many other products out there with more options for less money . If you are looking for just a good looking frame blow your $249 here--otherwise if you want something useful go elsewhere

We have purchased 5 auras over the last few years, for family members and our own home. We have never had an issue until recently when one of our frames had a cord break off a piece of metal inside of it, rendering it unusable. I reached out first to try a new cord, which the Aura service team sent for free. When that still didn’t work, I reached out and they immediately got me set up for a brand new replacement aura. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the solutions provided. These are expensive gifts, and we get to enjoy them every day. Thank you for saving the day!

My original frame was faulty and I approached aura on the wednesday afternoon, they replied within two hours asking for a photo. I sent that next day and received a reply within two hours asking for my details to send a new frame. They said it could take 2 to 7 days to arrive but I received it on the friday tea time with clear instructions how to transfer my photos over.

Immediate feedback - it was not obvious that you could not view ALL our images on a laptop but you can ONLY on a cell phone.

Professional and friendly service

My rabbit chewed my power cord, and my attempts to splice it to repair didn’t work. Aura replied the next day, and kindly offered a new replacement cord. Great customer service! I’ll be buying more frames as gifts for Christmas. Thanks Aura!

Isaiah did a fantastic job offering customer assistance when I reached out with a problem I was having with my Aura frame. He was very responsive and offered an immediate solution that resolved my problem. Well done and much appreciated!

Time was spent one on one, a step at a time, trying to get my Aura frame functioning properly. With no success, they kindly offered a replacement even though there was no warranty remaining.
Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I had an issue with my Aura frame, which I’ve had for many years and was originally given to me as a gift. It holds many special photos of our beloved family dog, so getting those memories back was very important to me.

I initially emailed Aura Customer Care and Nirvan responded right away. I wasn’t able to respond immediately, and what really impressed me was that Nirvan actually followed up with me to see if I still needed help. That kind of follow-up already showed me that he genuinely cared about resolving the issue.

Once I responded, Nirvan gave me clear, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions and walked me through what to try. I followed his instructions, but unfortunately, the frame still would not work.

At that point, Nirvan immediately offered a very generous resolution. Since my original frame was already many years old and well out of warranty, he helped me purchase a replacement frame at a significant discount. I truly appreciated that Aura was willing to offer such a good solution despite how old my original frame was.

After I received the new frame, Nirvan continued to assist me, including helping me transfer the photos from my old frame to the new one. This meant a lot to me because those pictures of our beloved family dog have so much sentimental value.

From my initial email all the way through getting the replacement frame set up, Nirvan provided absolutely top-notch customer service. He was responsive, knowledgeable, caring, and very solution-focused. Most importantly, he followed through and made sure I was taken care of.

This Aura frame has changed my life. I love to sit and watch the pictures go by. Each picture brings back an amazing memory. I purchased a frame for my DIL and my elderly neighbor over the years. Thanks goes out to Gulzhan who was incredible for helping acquire a new frame. Customer Service is amazing.

I had a power issue, it was resolved quickly with continued support and contact.

Our AURA frame that we received as a gift a few years ago suddenly stopped working. We sent a message to the company and all they wanted was the product number which was easy to find in the app. Next thing we knew, they were telling us that we were getting a brand new frame! We just received our replacement Aura frame and couldn't be happier! It was a super smooth transition and it works beautifully! Thanks so much for taking care of us!

Isaiah was able to troubleshoot the problem that I was having with my Aura Frame and send a solution that fixed the problem.

I have purchased an Aura frame earlier this year, which displays my photo's with beautiful colours and high resolution. It has a very simple app to allow uploading new photo's which I really like. Unfortunately the frame screen started to have a defect and cloudy spots formed on it. I contacted Aura customer support and sent them pictures. They promptly responded and based on the issue sent me a replacement frame which came within a couple of days. I want to thank Isaiah for the excellent customer service. Swapping frames was also very easy as the setup transferred the pictures automatically.

My miniature dachshund liked my Aura's power cord so much he chewed it in half. When I contacted Aura and inquired about getting a replacement, they promptly sent me a new one at no charge.
It does not get any better than that.
Great company and great customer service.

Our Aura frame suddenly stopped working. The Aura chatbot determined it needed to pass my correspondence up the line to Isaiah, in the Aura help department. Isaiah shipped a replacement power cord in the hope that that was the problem. Unfortunately it wasn’t but Isaiah made arrangements to get a replacement frame at a reduced cost. He also offered to help transfer our photo collection to the new frame which would eliminate our having to request other people to resend photos they’d provided before to the replacement frame.
Once the new frame was connected, I sent the its serial number to Isaiah and (literally) within a few minutes they’d started moving the entire photo collection to the new frame.
I feared getting the failed frame replaced would be a lengthy, difficult process but the fast response and follow-up by the Aura Frame help staff made it quick and painless. Thanks!
