I love the speed and efficiency of Aura’s customer service and the level of knowledge used to fix my problem. My frame was working perfectly fine until randomly and suddenly it wasn’t. I troubleshot it myself and couldn’t figure out what happened. Nirvan responded to my email quickly and with a solution that 100% worked - he was spot on when he said it was probably the cord. Maria from customer service was very helpful. She thought that the issue with my digital frame might be with the power cord. Aura sent me a new cord at no cost to me (including the shipping). The new cord solved the problem and my frame is working again. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

I was having an issue with my pictures "freezing". The Aura representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They attempted fixes digitally. That only worked temporarily - so they sent me a new frame at no cost! Excellent customer service. I have bought more frames as gifts...

I was devastated when I thought I lost all of my photos. We had moved and when we reconnected to the same exact wifi and router, the frame couldn't connect. I did all the troubleshooting steps and then my photos were gone! I was ready to give them up as lost forever. Isaiah took my case and helped immediately. I saw his email about the frame and finally got the courage to open it. I thought it would say that there wasn't anything to do to save them. I finally opened it and Isaiah said he had sent some remote commands to the frame. I was hopeful but defeated. I plugged the frame back in expecting the same issues. I almost cried when my pictures were there again! I am so grateful to Isaiah for all of his help.

From submission to resolution, the issue with my Aura Frame was done professionally, with kindness and expediency.

I Contacted the company via their website after having an issue with a machine that was past warranty. They were quick to respond and offered many troubleshooting suggestions to try. When these didn’t work they offered to send a new cable free of charge to see if that was the issue. They also offered a discount on a frame if I decided to buy a new one. The cable worked and I didn’t have to pay for a replacement frame.
In a time when customer service is not always good, it was such a great experience to deal with a company that provided prompt service and stood behind its product even when it was out of warranty. Very impressive!

Our frame had stopped working and I contacted them and I was immediately sent out a new power cord which sort of fixed the problem except we had to do a hard reset and lost all of our pictures, but again they came to the rescue and put them all back for us. The Aura Frame is a fantastic product and I had a problem that it stopped working. The support team at Aura immediately sent me a new electric cord and now it works great.
If your looking for a great digital picture frame I recommend this company's product.

Great support form the initial contact until the issue was finally resolved. Initial diagnosis was a bad power supply, replacement was sent out, but did not resolve the issues. Made contact again and replacement (new) frame was sent out immediately and finally resolved the issue.
