Fast shipping. The best projector we’ve ever purchased. It provides a lot of different settings. My daughter loves to choose from the many options for a night sky. When it’s placed properly, it covers the entire ceiling and the walls. I recommend this product.

Love my projector. I am a breathwork facilitator an use it when im breathing or running private sessions. Very calming an adds such a amazing sense of calm an really helps to set intentions.

The following are my opinions of aurora projector. The other one star reviews inadequately describe the misery brought to the consumer by this deceptive company. They fail to disclose the requirements for returning their products, and their 30-day risk free trial is simply inaccurate and seemingly deceptive. They hide their address to return items, and I had to beseech their customer service before being told I had to ship the product, after videoing it, to the UK from the USA, and somehow guarantee delivery to them. Their customer service is abysmal, and they prey on consumers abroad as a way to dupe them out of their money, with immense unnecessary hurdles designed to unethically increase profit margins, by discouraging returns of this overpriced product. Amazon has a far better product and return policy, in my opinion.

The aurora with the vast array of options both visual and auditory give me the options to calm my mind and body to achieve a full night of rest and recovery! I have been looking for years for way to settle my overactive brain to achieve restful and uninterrupted sleep, Aurora has helped.

Really helps me get to sleep and stay asleep, when/if I wake up in the middle of the night I find it much easier to fall back asleep with this than without.

This item was noisy and provided bright light at the source that hindered the effectiveness of the display. I found it distracting.

I love how relaxing this is. The combination of the lights and the sounds lull my wife and I into complete relaxation. I added it to the sound baths I provide and the ambience is enhanced and magical.

I just recently purchased the Aurora projector, because I was having trouble sleeping at night… at first I was skeptical about it but when I got , I turned it on after coming in from work one night and I was absolutely captivated by it ,because I love looking into the night sky and admiring all the stars and the moon … so when I did use it I fell in love with it…I drifted right off to sleep💤

Ordered the product over 4 months ago as a Christmas present. It is march 26 and I still haven’t received it and I’ve complained many many times. I’ve been asking for a refund for over 2 months…. Nothing but empty promises. This company is horrible.

Shipping was quicker than expected, the packaging was secure, and customer service responded very fast when I had a question. 5/5

We absolutely love ours! We purchased 2 over the winter and they’ve really helped with the dark evenings. So relaxing! It’s great to have on while getting lost in my own world with the piano.

Bought this projector just after new years as a kind of resolution to start doing better for myself as sleep is one thing I struggle with sometimes. I’ve been using it quite regularly for the past 2 months and I can confidently say it helps me wind down a lot just before bed, the product has done everything it said it would in my opinion, I recommend Aurora highly.

I loved it. The projector itself is so good it actually helped me with anxiety and sleep issues, I also got the red light therapy panel which I can’t recommend enough! The price is so good for its quality- one of the strongest and best red light therapy I have tried!

I've been using it every night before I sleep for the last week, the coverage is great! It really makes huge difference to my nights.

Amazing product, really happy with my purchase

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered early December 2025 and I have been fighting with them ever since. They claim to have sent it however, when I track it, it was delivered not only to the wrong address to the wrong state. I have the tracking information to prove it. This happened twice the third time they claimed to have shipped it. I never got shipping confirmation or tracking. For two months I've been trying to either get my projector or refund. Their response is the same form letter each time I email this has been going on for two months.

Once I received the projector, I did not like it. The coverage and the images were not what I had expected.I sent an email as is their policy requesting a return. It took four emails before I got a response. They want me to return it to England, even though it was shipped from New Jersey. this would cost double the cost of the projector.

This company gives scammy vibes, and at the bare minimum, it is very poorly and unprofessionally run.

I ordered three projectors from this company on 12/11/2025. On 1/2/2026--after hearing nothing from this company for nearly a month, when I expected to receive these for extra holiday gifts--I contacted them to cancel the order. According to their online information, it had not yet been shipped.

On 1/4/26, they wrote back *from a Gmail address* and told me that it had been shipped: "We will provide you with the updated alternative second tracking number shortly."

On 1/6/26, I wrote them back, explaining that I had not received any "updated alternative second tracking number." Between the Gmail email address, the weirdness of needing an alternative tracking number, and the fact that I didn't receive one, I started to worry that I'd officially been scammed.

On 1/8/26, I heard back from "Will" at the same Gmail address, and he said "we are still waiting for confirmation from the US warehouse regarding your order. As soon as they confirm whether the item was missing or lost, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately." So, it went from how they were going to send me an updated tracking number, to waiting for confirmation from a warehouse, to maybe the items were missing or lost... all from a Gmail account. Scammers say stuff like this. I didn't believe any of it, and I had already asked to cancel my order nearly a week before at this point.

For obvious reasons, I no longer trusted this company. So, I initiated a charge back with my credit card company. A couple of days later--with no new tracking information, no communication at all--these projectors show up in a beat up box. I was happy to learn that they weren't a *total* scam, but I also learned that these are totally cheaply made and wildly overpriced. I felt bad about the charge back, but felt like it served them well enough given their absolutely horrific customer service.

Somehow, these people who couldn't pull it together to deliver what I ordered and couldn't give me any documentation that it was coming--and refused to honor my cancellation request--gathered documentation to show that the items had been delivered. I suspect that if I hadn't gone back and forth with them, I might have never received these products because it seems to me they only sent them after my cancellation request.

TLDR: disorganized, shady company that only pulls together documentation to get money--not to actually serve their customers well.

I was excited to receive the projectors. When I tested it out, it did not project over a large surface the way I wanted. I also did not like the look of the green laser dots on the wall. I contacted customer service, and they did not provide me with a return label. It would also take them days to reply to me. They expected me to pay the cost of shipping the projectors to the UK (not to their US warehouses in New Jersey and LA), which was more than what I paid for the projectors. I have no clue what to do with these projectors now.
