Aurora Reviews

Product makes any room magical! Must have for people who love astrology and northern lights!

Within a couple of days of receiving the projector, it would turn on and shut off randomly. One day I was gone for four hours, and when I came back, the projector was on for how long I don’t know. I immediately reached out to customer service who assured me I would hear from someone. after several days not having heard from anyone. I reached out again this time I was told it would be escalated. Mind you there is no phone number.! I heard from William who informed me I needed to send a video three different emails exchange where I kept pointing out. There’s no way to send a video of something that turns on and off randomly. Apologizing for the inconvenience they told me to return the device I would have to pay for the shipping, which if you read other reviews goes to the United Kingdom.! when I asked if they would send a replacement and refund me the shipping cost they said no. I kept every email and told them I would be reporting them to the BBB and any consumer protection agency of importance. What a horrible company, especially because it cost three times what you can get on Amazon !!

Works like expecting

This was a gift for my Husband's 70th birthday and I have to say it was a big hit for him and for me. We sat after dinner in the living room with the Aurora on with a Cognac and absolutely loved it. Not quite what is advertised I need to say but still a great experience.

This is a nice, well made projector. The case is handy for travel. The only disappointment was the long delivery time, it appears to have been shipped directly from China. Due to this it almost did not arrive in time for the birthday it was purchased for. I would recommend this projector for anyone that needs to unwind before sleep.

Came on time securely packed. I used for first time last night. Only thing I would like is some type of adjustable angle stand, i used books to prop it up, i have a weird angled ceiling. The device itself is great, I have a lot of trouble sleeping, this helped and im confident it will get better.

loved it however the moon wont show up now. not quite sure why. very soothing at night to fall asleep to depending on the color

Details on tracking were spot on. Customer service was informative and open to any questions or concerns. Absolutely love my Aurora projector! So relaxing after a stressful day!

My husband tends to have trouble quieting his “monkey mind” at bedtime. Now that he uses his Aurora light show he has been able to unwind, let go, relax and sleep well. Thank you!

This is magical when I switch it on in the bedroom, it fills the entire room and I love that you can connect it to your phone and it plays whatever music you like. I actually bought it as a gift but have decided to keep it for myself.

Fast service

Do not buy. Could not control the volume. The case smells like cigarettes. And to return you have to send to UK which costs over $80.

projections are very dreamy. I mostly love going to bed with just the aurora borealis projections. Nice to have calming music connected by my phone too. Easy to set up as well.

I love my projector. I use it every night to help me unwind before sleep

Great product great tracking on the shipment!

Arrived quickly, but I haven’t set it up yet. Just gifted it to my daughter-in-law, who was excited to receive it!

Lovely idea, very calming

Got the working product in a reasonable amount of time

Arrive as expected. Works great. Helps me fall asleep calmly. The speaker is great. You can listen to some soft music instead of the sounds it comes with.

Order came quickly and I love the light it so relaxing.
