Please , please don’t buy from Aussie vogue . I had to return my item was very cheap material not good size and after nearly 2 months still hasn’t arrived. It shows is in Shanghai for one month but by the map is taking 2.5 hours to arrive to their warehouse 😡😡 I have contacted their support and not a valid answer given

Please don't buy from this company I tried to send them back as it was cheap polyester crap it cost $40 to send back and then it reached customs and they want me to pay custom fees so I can get my $150 refund back DONT BUY
I replied back to your email and still can't get my refund back as it's sitting in customs in China I have to pay a fee to get released which I can't get any info to do so, I asked if you guys could pay it and then take out of my refund as it's the only solution and have not got a reply, this is so unprofessional

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered a pure linen shirt which arrived and was nasty polyester. I had to pay to return it even though they sent the wrong thing. They now claim they haven't received it back (initially tried to tell me I hadn't used the right address). I am resigned to losing that money but beware - quality is awful. I had a tracking number which they say doesn't work. Terrible company.

Despite assuring me in their reply that they would refund they are now not responding to any communication.

Aussie Vogue is definitely proving to be a shady company.
Ordered a tracksuit set in August which has proved to be my worst purchase.
Colour was different, quality very poor and size two sizes down.
Spent $39 to return the product to the contact provided by the company with all necessary information.
Got an email claiming declaration information were not provided to custom.Parcel has been sent back to me.
It’s so looking like a scam and I am ready to go all the way to get my refund.
Still waiting to hear what next from the company.

This company is so bad. I had a terrible experience when I made a purchase 9 months ago. The company replied to my scathing review with an email basically saying there was nothing more they could do to make things right after issuing a partial refund back then.
I've now had 4 other emails from them, the last one asking me to refrain from further negative reviews. They can go jump! Don't buy anything from them. They are dodgy, poor quality items, terrible return policy and you will be disappointed. I have asked that they don't contact me again, I want nothing more to do with them.

Aussie Vogue have contacted me months after me writing a negative review. I have resent all my emails of complaint from the time, plus return postage receipt…so let’s see how legitimate they are?? Will keep customers updated.

Worst company. They are dishonest- They will send you the wrong product, and they won't refund your money.

I cant find my original review on here, but I share the opinion of everyone else here. Quality so bad, I'd be too embarrassed to give the hoodie away. Weeks after,I received no response from them regarding my request of a refund, my bank did a charge back. The company then responded via email, asking me to send a photo of the offending article. When I went to press the "reply" button, the option had been removed!!!

I bought what I thought was a men's sweater but turned out to be a polyester pullover.I went to return it and it was going to cause me two hundred and thirty dollars to return the item to china when I contacted the company.They said there was nothing they could do.And that I should have known, and maybe I should have.I will never deal with them again

Like many others I have been duped. Terrible fit, more like a large than small. And not cheap! I complained but they didn’t answer helpfully. I’d have preferred a total refund. I warn everyone not to order anything. I looked at their website today and they’re offering 80% reduction as they’re closing up. I wouldn’t dream of buying such rubbish.

Ordered a blazer.
They state,’ order one size larger than your normal size (which is large), so I ordered XL and it fits my wife who is a UK size 10!
They have offered a derisory £10! They purport to be Dutch, but returns are to their warehouse in China.

This company is a total scam outfit.. My file is with Actionfraudpolice.uk.

I bought an item, what was received was not the same colour’ material as described.
I emailed saying I was not happy and would return item. It cost me $30 to return the item and still no refund.

They have not received at warehouse. One wonders that the pile of returns is not given any attention.

As I suspected -my item, despite me using exact details they gave me - has not yet reached their warehouse. Probably because of the volume of items being returned.

If there was a zero I would ha e chosen that. I bought quite a costly cashmere jumper in a large size. It arrived and was so small it barely comes to my waist. They would not pay for return post so I did at $26. I waited weeks and eventually they said it was returned by customs as the form wasnt filled in correctly. It was sent back and I took it to the PO here where she pointed out it was actually not accepted by Aussie Vogue. They are scammers and do not supply what you order. Terrible. I spent over $100 for something I cannot use.

Poor quality, a bad fit and then you have to return to China!!! Do not buy!

Absolute scam! Do not order from them! I ordered a ‚ luxurious cashmere’ jumper and received cheap, acrylic, low quality product. When I asked for a refund - they advised me to sent the item back to CHINA and pay for it! Total joke!!!

The quality of the merchandise is very poor. You can see through the cashmere T neck I bought and another cashmere sweater I bought has NO cashmere.

Aussie Vogue have a ‘Return & Refund Policy’. WARNING they do NOT and REFUSE to adhere and follow through on their own policy explicitly stated clearly on their website. I bought an item from Aussie Vogue and applied for a legitimate return that fitted the parameters of their return and refund policy. I provided clear evidence, photographs and details for right of reason to apply for return and refund and they refused. We exchanged multiple emails, with me providing strong evidence and consumer rights information addressing their obligation to adhere by their policy. They continued to resist, deflect and avoid, sometimes emailing me back addressing me by wrong name (my name is not ‘Wolfgang’ and never has been and never will be), until finally they accepted the return and refund. I followed their guidelines for the return of the item via Australia Post, ticked all the boxes of what I had to do, and they since have still refused to follow through on refund. I no longer have the item or my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM AUSSIE VOGUE.
