I ordered a "navy blue leather bikers jacket." the jacket I received looked nothing like what was described!
The color was a bright blue, the quality was poor; it was not leather it looked more like it was plastic! It was too large and unwearable for my standards! I donated the item to Goodwill and requested a full refund! I'll keep you updated on that process. Please don't buy anything from them. Their clothes look like they were made by Temu and Shein! It's a total scam company!

I ordered a sweater described as cashmere in September 2025. It failed to materialise although the money was taken immediately. The response was prompt when I chased it but when it arrived it was poor quality and clearly labelled 55% acrylic and 45% cotton. They refuse to refund unless I return it, tracked and at my own expense, to an address in China! It was despatched from The Netherlands.
I contend that this item was missold and their trading practises are fraudulent. AVOID!!!

Worst company ever don't but from them i spent $160 sizing way off when I asked for a refund they only said they give me 50% OFF next purchase 😤 absolute joke!!

I bought two jumpers. They looked fabulous in the photos but the quality was dreadful and they were the wrong size. I rarely have issues with sizing but these were ridiculously small. I havent been able to return them or get a refund or even a credit. All i hear is crickets. Dont waste your money!

I’m Charles Etta Lewis. I ordered a sequined blouse for an upcoming affair 3weeks before the date. They texted me saying the item was out of stock, did u want to order something else instead. I did just wanted return of my payment. After several back and forth demanding refund. They refused still trying to send alternative I refused. Finally they sent me the blouse. This was unsatisfactory. DO NOT ORDER EVER FROM THIS STORE, I SURELY WILL NOT AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND DO NOT KNOW DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

Scam. Item received was not remotely what was advertised. "Cashmere" jumper if 55% acrylic/45% cotton, and it's not even made out of a garment-grade yarn. The colors are completely different, the cut is completely different and the finish is extremely substandard and poor.

Company offers a partial refund "to save you $35-45" shipping fees to return it to China. They claim you'll get a full refund if you return it, but it's clear they'll claim you didn't return it with tags as instructed so they'll deny the refund (it came without tags).

Report to PayPal to be reimbursed in full, and hopefully PayPal will terminate their merchant account and shut down their scam.

Extraordinarily poor company.
I ordered a poloneck jumper in good faith suggesting one size larger as advised.
A garment arrived that was at least two sizes SMALLER.
I asked for a refund but they would only suggest a reduction in price if I returned the wrong one at my expense. I had waited an inordinate time for the first to arrive and could not wait this time again. There was no compromise. I have a 'useless' jumper to dispose of. The jumper had absolutely no labels attached and dubious quality.
Pretty useless set up. Don't use and don't be disappointed!

This product is going direct to the thrift store.
Delivery was extremely slow.
The product is nothing like the one photographed.
The pockets are in the wrong place.
This was not the waterproof raincoat it promised to be. It is mid thigh length and not mid calf length as shown in the photo.
There is no need to be so in accurate. This would fit a child.

The product does not match the picture or description. For eg, I ordered a rain coat and the product wasn’t the correct colour or even water proof.

You can improve by being honest

Took 15 days to arrive. Obviously nothing to do with Australia. When it finally arrived it was exactly the same , and I mean exactly, as my $13 Temu one only it felt even more like plastic and I paid almost 5 times the amount.

I bought orthopedic slippers few months ago and it's not good any longer, sole has gone, and fabric is too. I do not recommend it at all!

Ordered sunglasses for £26 which look great on their website but they arrived and are very cheap unbranded $1 or less specs with tissue like lenses that bend in your hand. They are based in China so return would cost me £9 and then would they even refund. Avoid this Fake company!

Do not use these scammers. They are liars, vagabonds and cheats. I would not breed from them. They give Aussies a bad name, although they have nothing to do with Australia. I will now have to go to PayPal for a refund.

I ordered shoes from Aussie Vogue, and the experience has been very disappointing. I ordered a size 9, but the pair I received was clearly much smaller and didn’t fit at all. When I contacted them about the issue, instead of offering a proper return or exchange, they told me I could buy another pair at 60% off.

This feels like a scam tactic — they send the wrong size on purpose and then try to make you buy again with a so-called “discount.” A legitimate company should take responsibility and replace the wrong item, not ask customers to spend more money.

Be very careful ordering from this site. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Aussie Vogue to anyone

I have been reassured by other reviews that I am not alone regarding the dreadful service with Aussie vogue. !! What a poor quality item I was sent. Supposed to be cashmere, more like cotton and bad fit. The refund process has been awful so it is in the hands of PayPal.

It seems this is a Chinese based company, not an Australian one.
I have bought a pair of shoes, which they don't seem to have in stock, but available on their website. 2 days later, they notified me via email of the situation and suggested in could select another product or a different size. I have requested a refund, which they said it's not possible. Scammers is the only definition for this company. Stay away from them!

If I could give zero I would. I ordered £45 slippers and they said they couldn’t deliver the ones I ordered and offered alternatives which I didn’t like. So requested full refund which they are not willing to pay!! Totally unacceptable behaviour. Now having to raise a dispute with my CC provider. Don’t order anything off this company they are scammers.

I gave this company 1 star because I couldn't give a minus 5 stars. The company is misleading by name...I thought I was purchasing from an Australian company...it is not. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and make returning an item difficult and at your cost. The sizing of their clothing is very small and the quality is terrible...like what you would buy from the markets. For the price they charge, it's robbery. Very unhappy customer. I should've done my research, but I was in a bit of a hurry to make my purchase...lesson learned.

Received my track suits today, first poor quality of material second color was wrong no label on suits, extra large is actually a large or for smaller built men. Thank for the memories DON’T BUY from this site
