I purchased Microsoft Offfice. My error and I ordered the incorrect one. Customer service was fast and honesty brilliant. They sent the correct one immediately. I then had laptop issues where I received constant support and assistance. The best on line customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks so much, I will be back next time for sure. Annie

Thank you so much I cannot thank Lachlan enough for his time and patience. Time was not an issue and after a midnight session we resumed next day. Perfect. Customer service is excellent. Communication is authentic, individual and trustworthy.
I thoroughly recommend this business to anyone with great confidence. And wish them every success for the future, they deserve it.
I'll be recommending them to all my friends.
Thanks again. Sarah

Great Service and great price. Nothing was too hard and for someone with little computer knowledge it was an easy purchase to receive a permanent licence for a Pro Suite of products.

I concur with previous reports. These guys are awesome. I had trouble with paying by PayPal. It was 8 pm but I received a text message, paid, and had the software key in my inbox. Great service!

What incredible service I received today. I ordered office for my new computer which had no email link. I chatted with them and they organized the payment, the download, helped me remove the trial version and organize my desktop all through the chat. You just don't expect this brilliant service from a download company especially when the price is so reasonable. Amazing!

Cannot fault this company. Helpful efficient, professional. I am a not so good computer person. This company helped through every step when I had difficulties. Just imagine what they could do for the people that are already tech savvy. Amazing give them a 12 out of 10. Thanks again for all your help know you think it was nothing but to me it was great.

My old MacBook Pro hard drive failed lost everything. And to try and get another word for Mac was becoming a head ache. Mike did some searching and found 2016 would work (after 2 hours of discussion) installed and running excellent service and knowledgeable Greg.

Outstanding customer service, Mike was very helpful, would strongly recommend

I purchased a Microsoft Office Professional 2021 licence after first speaking with Mike. The whole process has been seamless. The service absolutely outstanding. After the purchase I called with a query and received a text that Mike would call me back. Within a brief period he called and answered my query. I don’t leave feedback as a rule but I had to leave glowing feedback due to the fabulous service. I will purchase again and recommend other do so as well. A highly recommended seller. Thank you so much.

I don't normally bother with writing reviews, but the service of this business was excellent. I ordered software online and received a call to ensure I had the right operating system prior to downloading, I hadn't, so they updated my order.

Received email with download instructions and product key and installed without issues.

I purchased office 2019 professional.
I will definitely use this website again in the future.

Purchased office 2021 after my office 365 subscription ran out

Downloaded and Activated without any issues. Mike was brilliant to deal with

I will also upgrade my windows 10 and be purchasing Windows 11 in the future

Thanks guys ❤️

Always hard to source an authentic and reasonable seller. Their ABN on the site eased any trepidation. Made the payment and received the goods as promised. Absolutely awesome job.

Just came back from Officeworks and JB they were offering me an office 365 as a yearly subscription which I hated .

Purchased office 2021 professional a lifetime license and installation was seamless. Happy days.

Will def purchase from here again .

The rapid support provided by this provider was outstanding. I received a response within the hour and also a solution to my problem in the same time frame. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase new software.

Thanks to our great Aussie neighbours we purchased windows 11 for our offices here in Auckland.

We Will be purchasing Microsoft Offices now to complete our small office setup.

Thanks Mike and the team super helpful human.

Perfect , received my office 2021 within minutes and Mike helped me to get it installed on my lappy as I am such a newbie when it comes to anything IT

Thanks mate much appreciated

By the way RIP Shane Warne

I cannot thank this company enough for all their assistance and support. This is my second purchase from Aussie Software Outlet, and both have been extraordinary. They are legitimately professional, yet know how to help elderly customers like myself feel confident and knowledgeable with their product. Thank you guys, you are awesome and a rare find!!!!!

Very happy, great support when we needed it.

The purchase was soooo quick and easy. I thought I had nailed the installation of Office 2019 and then it didn't work (my fault). Doh. A couple quick texts back and forwards and Mike had me set up. Somehow he could translate my numpty description and I just followed his advice and Boom! I was up and running. 100% recommended (I nearly never do reviews - but this was exceptional) and I had made the choice to go through these guys due to the reviews so figured I should do the same. Legit small company.
Still hate Microsoft - but the devil you know hey. Much cheaper than buying from them and I got a licence not a subscription which I was avoiding.
