I paid this firm to get a ruling in court. They then submitted court documents that undermined the very ruling I paid them to obtain. They estimated £10k for my case and billed my £36k without it even being finished. Eventually I sacked them and went litigant in person. I corrected their work, saved a fortune and started making progress on the case.

I cannot recommend Emma Birch and Hannah Brester highly enough. They supported me throughout an extremely complex, lengthy and difficult divorce and financial proceedings, which were made considerably more challenging by my husband’s repeated non-compliance and failure to engage properly with the process.

From the outset, both Emma and Hannah demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, knowledge and commitment. They were always readily available, responsive and reassuring, and I never felt that I was facing the process alone.
