What can I say, very professional and friendly service 😀👍👍👍

While I never got the chance to see how good they were at navigating legal landscape of my case, I saw enough to know that an element of professionalism and common decency is lacking. And while I appreciate that being highly regarded can be overwhelming they should have the basic courtesy and decency to decline work instead of wasting precious time while the client waits for a response they were promised.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire IMD Solicitors team for their exceptionally professional and empathetic approach to my situation.
