What a shambles of a company. They will try to extort you for every penny. Charge for SEO optimisation, when in actual fact any ai system can do that. They will lock you out of your own website, which is highly illegal.

They are the pond scum of the website developer world. They will send you scam emails demanding DDA compliance complaints, then try to charge you for the rectifications, on the website they just built.

Honestly avoid this company at all costs! Don’t even click on the website.

We paid Australia valued Web nearly $3000 for a website and SEO package. After months of being incompetent to fix simple things like incorrect phone numbers and description of services, they then send extortion emails saying our website is now non-compliant with the disability act and will be taken down if we don’t pay $4000 for compliance rectification. They are SCAMMERS and send extortion emails on a scam model. So unless we pay them another $4000 which wasn’t flagged in the beginning and no mention of any compliance issues, they are threatening to close down our email service and access to our website. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY.

The company pretends to be Australian based which they are not.
My website has been taken down by them after I paid in full for website design, SEO optimisation and 5 years of hosting.
My website was held as ransom by them until
I paid a further sum of money they were demanding for ‘Google Registration’, a fraudulent claim.
I have lost my website content, and hosting which I fully paid upfront for and have lost thousands of dollars.
Stay away from this company at all costs!

Wilmington, Delaware is extremely commonly used for:

remote company registrations,
international holding companies,
online businesses,
and low-friction incorporation setups.

Looks consistent with a registered agent / virtual office / incorporation service address rather than a typical operating office.

On their website they mention "15 Years Of
Excellence" but their domain name australiavaluedweb.com.au was only registered in the last 12 months, so how can they have 15 years of excellence.

On their home page they mention Google Reviews but yet they have no Google Business Profile or reviews

They also have no reviews on Clutch, even though they mention it on their home page to make themselves seem more credible.

Seems like an overseas company trying to make themselves look like an Australian business, be careful!

It went well when I worked with Australia Valued Web to develop a website. They created a neat and polished website after I gave them my ideas. My experience in Australia Valued Web was fair. I did not know what I wanted quite clearly but they did listen and brought my ideas to life as a form of an animation which appeared exactly how I imagined it. They kept me in the loop throughout and changed things around as I said, change this. the animation was fantastic and I'm completely satisfied with it.

Be careful with australiavaluedweb.com.au as they tell you they custom design their websites when in fact they use pre-made templates you can purchase online for $45 and swap around a few images and text.

They have no ABN on their website and when you ask them for an ABN they will not provide it to you, makes me think they're not registered.

If you visit the address they have on their website they're not even located there, this is a huge red flag and very deceptive to list an address if you're not located there, just to make it look like you're a legit business.

There is also a post about this business on the WhirlPool Forum, if you Google " Australia Valued Web Reviews" you will see the article about them.

They also seem to get many 5 star reviews in a short time frame which is suspicious 🤔

Be very careful of australiavaluedweb.com.au as on their website they claim to have Google reviews when in fact when you search online they have no Google Reviews or any reviews at all, false advertising and very misleading.

They use to be called australiawebsitemarvels.com.au until they received many bad reviews and have now changed their name to a new name to hide from their old bad reviews. Google their old name and you will see all their bad reviews.

They're not located at the address on their website and you cannot meet them face to face.

Be very careful as they're using a fresh new domain name to hide from their past negative reviews.
