I purchased the EVO II Pro w/6K camera. Excellent drone for flying pipeline to verify right-a-way and inspections on towers and water tower tanks. I also purchased the EVO Lite w/IR camera also used for inspections. The preflight programming is fantastic on both these drones. Unfortunately, they have made the cut list by our government. I will have to maybe suffer at some point due to lack of updates on firmware and software. I have scoured the internet and found spare body shells, arms, motors, and cameras for both of these drones. So, I'm safe for a while longer.

While they were great for recreational use and professional use it was awesome. But now they are like DJI and abandoning there people and going government on us. So its very hard to get service or the ability to call someone when you need help. I hope things change because I really enjoy flying my Autel Evo Lite Plus. Us customer pilots should get more love from the brand. We actually enjoy what we do. Before all of this drone stuff from the power that be. It was great being a pilot and getting help and services and firmware updates and etc. I really hope we get one more firmware update before they kick us to the curve for good in the US.

We purchased an Autel evo3 through autel pilot in December 2025. We received the product in a relatively timely manner but immediately ran into hardware problems. Namely, on our second flight at less than 100 ft. We discovered that the gyroscope that rotates the camera was not functioning.

We started the replacement process in mid-January but have been met with uncooperative customer service that only communicates via email. The two customer service agents repeatedly asked for the same photos and videos and then do not communicate for weeks on end.

It is now late February and we have yet to receive a replacement drone, compensation for the broken gyroscope on our current drone or been offered any kind of solution.

I would highly recommend buying from Autel directly instead of dealing with cheap third-party dealers like this one. It was my mistake to not notice that they have no phone numbers attached to their website, which should have been my first red flag.

Autel drones are good but if you ever have a problem they couldn’t care less for there customers they will find an excuse for the problem to be the operators fault do not buy autel

AutelPilot’s exceptional customer service, support just awesome. My order #10087 was shipped to me promptly as promised with tracking. Also adjusted rugged bundle to enterprise bundle as I requested. Will continue to purchase products from AutelPilot in the near future!!

My order was not received. They blamed their fulfilment partner DHL and took no responsibility themselves. Currently at 18 emails to them and getting nowhere - they just stall and make excuses.
I spent over 1200 euros and it seems like I've been scammed.
You have been warned. Read the reviews from other buyers who have been scammed too - over 25% of reviews have lost their money. This company should not be allowed to trade. Reaching out to Paypal now.

After a few emails with Lucy-she is great!, I ordered the Autel Evo Lite 640T. It arrived 48 hours later, perfect condition, the way I wanted.
I will try it tomorrow, I am very happy for the service of Autel Pilot!!!

i ordered a drone from them, the website says it in stock and should be shipped in 24 hours, never got the drone. needed to contact visa for the fraud and to get my money back.

Very bad quality product. The drone broke the first time I used it. They don't have any warranty. Never reply emails. I have to recover amount by my bank.

La marca Autel me ha defraudado. Compré en septiembre un dron, el cual no estaba bien, y hasta finales del mes de abril no lo he recibido correctamente.
Nada más comprarle me puse en contacto con la marca y lo único que hicieron fue darme largas alargando así los tiempos.
Gracias a un buen trabajador que me contestó y me indico los pasos a seguir pude realizarlos y ya tengo el dron.
No se cómo teniendo Autel drones tan buenos tienen ese servicio técnico tan malo.

I ordered the Evo 2 v3 bundle. I placed my order online and found it to be easy and straight forward. I ran across a problem with the discount that comes with sharing your email address. This gave me the chance to contact customer service. I was very pleased with the prompt replies and resolution!

The order arrive in a short time. Everything was packed well and had no problems setting up. VERY pleased with my new drone!

I did have an issue with UPS which had nothing to do with Autelpilot. I gave the infomation to Customer Service and they used it to correct the problem.

I am VERY pleased with this company and will continue to do business with them! I highly recommend you buy from them as well!.

I've encountered the problem concerning downloading data from the drone. The customer service agent replied and resolved this problem in one week! Thank you for your kindly support.
