I purchased a Evo max 4t paid 10000$ for it which was 12557$ Canadian dollars!! The drone was never delivered to my address! They sent it through DHL shipping and I had asked DHL that I would pick it up from their warehouse location and they didn’t even listen and somehow they sent it out for delivery and package was lost… Autel quickly took care of the bad situation and dealt with it amazingly and sent me another one fast shipping and included me extra batteries for the bad experience… I dealt with a lot of drone companies online and this one is the best one ever… this is my 11th order from this company and always has been amazing… thanks autel…

Good quality product, aswell as good customer service/support. I had to send in my Nano+ to be fixed and they kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had.

Sophia was very professional and offered great advice to contact the right person to help with my request.

Spent £3,000+ on an Autel Drone It was refused entry into the UK by customs as they had declared a false valuation of 480 dollars and not paid the duties Customs did not contact me,they sent it straight back to Autel Pilot and I have been informed by DHL It has been returned to them in Hong Kong I have forwarded this evidence to Autel Pilot.During this Autel Pilot wanted me to tell lies to customs and give a false purchase value which I refused to do.I explained I had never had the drone or even seen it and nor had customs or DHL contacted me it had simply been returned to them.Autel Pilot then asked me to pay the duty keep the receipt and they would refund it clearly not understanding it had already been returned by customs,without being asked to pay anything.Requested my £3000+ refund and have been totally ignored and no refund.I am hoping PayPal will be able to sort this out because Autel Pilot clearly don't want to refund me.
A warning to all considering purchasing from Autel Pilot,go and buy from elsewhere

Yes I’m American and no I don’t work for Autel Pilots. I read some of the bad reviews even before I bought my drone but I decided to roll the dice anyway because the price was a few hundred lower than Amazon, Autel (Autel Robotics). I got the Evo 2 Enterprise 640T v3. I own a commercial drone company called TerraScan Dynamics if anyone wants to check to see if I’m an actual real person leaving a real review. They had to ship my drone from Hong Kong because they didn’t have the 640T in stock and it got here pretty quick. I think I only had to wait maybe 10 days. The RTK module got lost for a few weeks in the mail but I ended up getting that today, which totally wasn’t their fault. We had really bad snow and ice here in northern Oregon. But I’ll tell you what, they answered every single one of my emails right away with an hours even on the weekends. They were extremely polite to me every single time. Gave me all the tracking information and they even gave me a landing pad, prop guards, and extra set of props for free just for the hassle of having to wait a little longer. The prop guards unfortunately don’t fit the enterprise models because the enterprise are a little bit bigger but the gesture was nice regardless. I can just sell those and get 20 bucks out of it. Still cool. But I will definitely do business with them again. They also said they would pay the import tax if there was any, which there wasn’t, luckily. A lot of companies don’t pay it, they make you pay. But I would definitely do business with them again. As for the 640T it’s crazy how well-made this thing is, especially the carbon fiber arms, it fell off of the hood of my Silverado onto the pavement today, and didn’t leave a scratch, dent crack, or anything it landed, full weight sideways on one of the arms. I was freaked thinking it broke, but absolutely nothing happened to it. It flies fine, nothing loose or bent. Nothing. My mini 3 flew 2 feet into a wall in my kitchen one day and the front left arm snapped right off. Even if you don’t do commercial drone work, I suggest getting the enterprise just for the durability of it. That’s basically all I have to say. Very good customer service it couldn’t have been any better to be honest. Not saying the other reviews aren’t accurate they could’ve possibly had that experience but that’s not the experience I had I suspect maybe they had some issues in the past and they’ve since tried to fix that and had better customer service now.

Ho comprato un drone Nano+, dopo meno due settimane il drone non fa più il pairing con il telecomando e il Gimbal sembra bloccato, ovviamente il drone non è caduto.
Dopo 17 giorni di invio dei log non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, e il drone è li morto. Mi aspettavo un servizio diverso da quest'azienda. Al momento non vi consiglio di comprare i loro prodotti. Spero di aggiornare la recensione in meglio, soprattutto perchè desidero che il drone torni a funzionare.

Lucy at Autelpilot makes false promises, then ghosts and flakes. Autel Robotics is decent, but Autelpilot is wholly untrustworthy.

Never received my drone. Been fighting with the company for a month trying to get my money back. Lost revenue because they never got my drone delivered. Had to purchase a different drone locally to replace the one I ordered online. Lost several jobs and damage to my reputation. Autel never told me the drone was out of stock. Then they shipped the drone only to recall it. By this time a month had passed and I run a business. I had to do what ever I could to fix the issue. At no time did Autel reach out and explain any issue. I had to email every time something changed to get information. Now I have a drone that I didn't necessarily want and paying a 3k bill for a drone I don't have.

We got on the same page regarding what was needed in our transaction and all came together well. Lucy worked hard for me and I appreciated that in Autelpilots customer service.

Autelpilot offered to give me a free propeller if post a review. I posted a review, but never received the free propeller. I guess they did like my review

Customer service satisfaction is what they are all about. They took care of my issues and they take care of First Responders.

Very happy with this drone. exceeds expectations. Easy to fly and maintain.
Do be careful with the gimble and its cover. Our check list has it first off and first back on.

In a nutshell, I flew another companies drone for 6 years for relaxation and thought I would try Autel. First purchase was an evo 2 pro V3 with remote controller SE rugged bundle. Drone has been great and after 84 flights very few issues and flies like the day it came out of the box. Overall great purchase. Been looking for a smaller drone and bought my 2nd Autel drone in early November. The evo lite plus series premium bundle. Still sitting in box as weather has been terrible, but very excited to add a 2nd smaller bird to the fleet. Customer service has been great and looking forward to many flights to come. Ty Autel please keep the drone updates coming.

Autel has fantastic customer service so far and their products have not disappointed either. I am loving my Evo II Pro v3.

Received the purchased product in a timely manner. At first some accessories were delivered via USPS and the order showed fulfilled without receiving the purchased drone. Shortly thereafter, however, the drone shipment arrived via UPS. The price and service was great. My only recommendation is that the tracking information be provided for the UPS shipment as well to eliminate any confusion. Other than that everything was great and what was ordered was received.
