I'm giving an extra star because not only did the extra gifts come, but I had to make a return because one item I purchased was not compatible with my drone. They were very communicative throughout the process and I've received my refund as promised. Very good customer service.

The drone package came incredifly fast. It arrived 2 days after I ordered. The rest of the items I ordered came a couple days later. Everything was in good condition.

Customer service responded to most inquiries quickly, though I never heard back from them regarding my question on Autel Care, since Autel Robotics told me to contact the company I bought from in order to buy protection for my unit.

The reason for one less star is because I specifically ordered through Autelpilot because of the advertised free gifts of landing pad and propeller guards that were shown with the bundle. I have yet to receive them. I contacted customer service and was told that it had shipped but they didn't have tracking information.

Given how fast everything else came, from overseas no less, it's surprising that I still don't have these or even an idea of where they could be. If it's advertised as part of the bundle, I feel like it should be pre-packed with it. This is my only complaint. If I receive them, I'll adjust my review.

Poor, customer service. Purchased Autel Pro evo v3. Helipad with bundle never came with package. Controller had issues charging for nearly 1 week. Wanted to service a new controller. Stick with a US distributor or brick and mortar store.

Order was exactly as described. Price was great, delivery was fast and hassle-free.

Purchased a lemon, but autel pilot helped get it in the air through autel repair services. Excellent customer support.

Now I’m going on week after week with no refund from these little stains. They owe me $5099.00 and they keep making up excuses why they can’t refund my money. It’s a joke at this point and I’m being scammed for over 5K. They take your money, then send nothing. Then they hope PayPal refunds you your money. Don’t fall for this nonsense.These people screwed with the wrong guy this time.

I need for the drone to be able to fly an automated mission and be able to do it in video mode. That is not available yet. I fly game surveys for up to 10 hrs a night and have to do it free hand. It is not fun! Being able to it with an automated flight path would greatly help. Please consider updating the software to allow this.

Waste of time… advertised 19% discount on a drone which i did not see in the cart/checkout. Reached out to customer service and get one single reply- we can offer you 10% discount. I keep asking where is 19% discount which the website states and i dont get apology or any explanation just - we offer you 10% discount. Pathetic customer service

I placed order and then cancelled it before it was shipped. They shipped the ordered anyway. Because I had cancelled the order, Autel pilot had the shipment routed back to the warehouse. So one would assume a refund would be issued. NO REFUND, because the warehouse then reshipped the item to me again. I refused the shipment per my email contact with Autel Pilot. Still no refund for an order placed and cancelled Jan 2, 2023. I disputed the charge with my credit card company who has been very helpful. Keep in mind it is not possible to talk with Autel Pilot customer service because they are based in China. Email is the only way. Any future purchases of Autel Robotic products will be with a US based retailer.

Unfortunately they did not answer the question I asked.

Received a faulty unit. The company did not exchange or take the unit back. After a while they did not even answer e-mails. Very bad customer service.

Had an issue with a battery in my premium bundle. They were quick to send a replacement.

Very poor communication. Trying for over a month to return a drone and they don't answer phone, text or email. Not a good look for an authorized dealer.
