Clothing and Items I received is in very good quality, very communicative and friendly. Definitely would buy from them again.

Communication was great, took a long while to receive one item but overall I’m happy with what I’ve received. Will be taking pictures soon. Only upset about the broken clasp on shoes & long delay on one item, but the clasp can always be fixed & the dress is here now.

I messed up the shipping address because they are a gift to a friend and they helped me fix it by just messaging them on there platforms and the shop app! Very helpful! Best service ever!

Hmmmmmm....these 5 star reviewers: did you buy from a different company than I did? Can I publish my photos of the horrible chat experience, shady customer service and 1% communication on the chat where the supposed " owner and designer" with morals types that " some of my clothes are made in Chinese factories and are not as good quality"??
Are these reviewers part of the scam too? What universe do you live in...the real one?
I had to prove fraud to my bank and with pics of my order, the scam shipping, the 2 months it took to actually get my order (w/ tags in chonese, not even an " Authentic goth" tag but a cheap plastic tiny chinese label)

It took month to ship but it could be worse. Dress is great and pretty well made.

I took Orozco size 5XL and it fits me well. The color is so nice too and the fabric is good and durable. I like the products in the collection “authentic curve” and I certainly will try more of them

Unfortunately my boots were too small, but I received a free replacement in a larger size and with premium delivery! I love their customer service, especially Annie, she most definitely deserves a raise! I’d lavishly tip her on any day.

The entire experience was amazing!! The response time was great and almost instantaneous. I got the products within a timely manner for how far away they were coming from. Everything was exactly as pictured and fit even better! 10/10 and will be ordering again

There was a miscommunication involving foreign exchange rates and I spent more than I had intended. I was given a full refund at my request when I explained the situation.

I'd give 5 but the pinafore I ordered is super crinkly other than that I love my top and my pants I wear both all the time
I now know to go a little bigger in pants but I don't mind them being snug

Very disappointed. I ordered shoes and a dress and the dress was different than what I ordered. I was offered an ambassadorship to purchase those items and was treated rudely when I addressed the issue. I was told to model the dress anyways and that after that they'd determine if it was wrong or not. I offered to show the dress instead, stating I didn't want to model if it WAS the wrong dress. I was unfollowed and never answered. It was completely unprofessional and frustrating, given that the dress I received does NOT fit me so I can't even wear it.
