I ordered centre caps for my BMW on 07th April 26 and received a confirmation email from them on 09th April saying they were on the way, along with a tracking number for Royal Mail. When I hadn't received them after 7 days, I checked the tracking number only to find they had not yet received the goods from Autocap. I sent Autocap an email on the 16th April and didn't receive a reply. I contacted them through their website on 18th April and again on 19th April as they don't list a phone number. Again, no reply. Having seen other negative comments in their reviews showing many others having similar issues, I feared the worse. I again checked the tracking number on 23rd April and the goods had still not been received. So I contacted my bank asking them to recover my payment. Suddenly, I received an email from Royal Mail on 24th April to say they had my shipment and it would be delivered the following day. I leave others to draw their own conclusions. But I will never again deal with Autocap solutions as I find their customer service wanting. In fact, looking on Ebay, who are a trusted site, similar caps to the ones I ordered are half the price and with free delivery.

SCAM! If i could leave less i would emailed customer services to no avail they took my money months ago still not even recieved order comfirmation no reply or any sort of comunication what so ever just blatantly being ignored.
