I don’t normally do reviews, however buying a car, especially a new car can be a difficult proposition especially in current times where delivery times can be very long. I have also never used a broker (Autoebid) before, always purchasing nearly new from a dealership ( probably in region of 25 cars now) so to say I was slightly anxious would be an understatement. I did my research and the best price I could find for a new Nissan Juke Tekna + in black with a red roof & spare wheel kit back in February 2022 was Autoebid. The new car was delivered this morning off the back of a transporter with 5 miles on the clock and to say we are delighted is an understatement 😊. The delivery driver was an absolute gentleman too. The process may seem to some when reading this as long, but a dealer could not get me a new factory build specification car any quicker. Also the price quoted to me at the point of ordering was honoured which I am totally delighted with to. We saved in the region of £6k in comparison to what dealers north of the border are looking for if not more !! Karen was super professional, friendly and kept us informed throughout. An initial small deposit was made and we settled two - three days before delivery of car. Yes the delivery time ran on a little - totally out with her control but that’s the times we are in. Would I use Autoebid again - 100%. Be patient, do your research and like us go with your instincts. Karen - Thank you to you and your team 😊😊

We saw the savings that were offered for purchasing a new Ford Focus vignale with lots of extras in Autoebid and took a chance on them. We placed the order in Jan 2022 and It was nail biting for 12 months during which we were kept up to date by the amazing Karen (thank you again). Our car arrived Jan 2023, on a loader with zero issue or scratches! Absolutely shocked it worked out and saved over 7k on list price. We are comming back. Thank you Autoebid. Enabled me to find a great deal on a new Ford Focus saving £2500 off the list price. They put in touch with the dealer who can provide the greatest discount. Apart from the unexpected wait for the new car, all went well and the dealer delivered my new car to our door. Simples!!!!

Highly recommend them. Ordered VW ID4 in September 2021, paid the £500 deposit and had to wait 15 months due to ongoing supply issues. However, I was kept informed through phone calls and emails every month by Karen. I saved £3,000 compared to my local dealer. The car was also delivered to my house using the flatbed vehicle transporter. I would definitely recommend AutoeBid and will be using them again

The delay on delivery is no-ones fault, simply how it has been in 2022. The team at Autoebid kept me informed along the way and in due course a new car appeared. I would certainly use them again.

Karen at autoebid was amazing and very informative in securing us a great deal on our new VWT6, so much cheaper than any other garages we self researched. Can’t believe we got a new van at a very competitive price and without the long VW new van delivery timescales. Can’t recommend enough.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Karen was super helpful with providing me with quotes and had lots of patience - when I kept asking to change things to get within my budget. I saved over £2000 using auto ebid. Once I went ahead with my order Karen checked in regularly and was upfront with the lead time. I was lucky and the car came quicker than expected. Karen provided a helpful checklist of things to do before and on delivery day. I’ve now received the car and I am very happy with my purchase. I have already recommended the site to my friends and family and most certainly will use again when I’m ready to change my car. The service was 10/10 and there’s nothing that could’ve been improved.

Simple, quick, and excellent results! Autoebid were able to find a far better deal for a Ford Kuga Vignale than either myself through local dealers, or through other sites I used. I was kept updated on a regular basis, and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. Highly recommend, and will be using again when the time comes for my next new car.

AutoeBid provided a Great discounted price for my new Hyundai Santa Fe.
Due to the current shortage of new cars it took longer to arrive than anticipated but I was kept up to date all the way.
Very very happy with my new car at a price that no dealer could get close to
