Very good experience with Autoebid. Karen was most professional and helpful. She was always at the end of the phone and promptly dealt with any queries.
I was a bit sceptical at first to buy a car via this method and especially handing over a large amount of cash on an internet purchase but everything checked out beforehand giving me confidence to proceed. I saved about £2.5k on dealer prices.

Overall a very good experience with a great saving on dealer prices. We ordered an VW ID3 which took 16months to arrive because of issues due to chips and the war in Ukraine. But through out this period we received regular updates from Autoebid. Would have no hesitation in using again.

Autoebid kept me informed as best they could given the problems with the delivery of my New Hilux, due to Covid, chip shortages and the flood in the manufacturing factory in South Africa.

Bought a Volkswagen Transporter through AutoeBid. The whole process from the initial enquiry to collection of the van was faultless. The dealer I was put in touch with was excellent from start to finish keeping me informed throughout with collection and handover being a pleasant experience. Also made a very big saving compared buying from my local dealer. Highly recommended.

I have to say that at the beginning of the sales process I was doubtful about an online vehicle sales, I’ve always dealt in person but this process was so easy. Once we knew what we wanted we were given a quote that was in excess of a 15% discount on a brand new VW Crafter. At the time I thought this was too good to be true as I’d recently spoke to a local dealer who told me there was next to no discount available. I was put in touch with a genuine VW dealer who ordered my personalised spec van and 4 months later it’s on my drive. I can’t fault anything about the deal. Auto eBid kept in touch throughout the process to check everything was going smoothly and it did. I will definitely be recommending to anyone buying a new car or van. 10k off the list price, why wouldn’t you.

This was my third time I've bought a car through Autoebid. I've saved around £7,000 on list price each time.

Try to be brief.
Got quote off autobid.
They pass you to versus vehicle management.
After thirteen months of waiting they cancel your order.
You think your getting a good deal then they welch on you.
Not a honest company.
Would give a minus rating if possible.
Call to make complaint.
Ah we only introduce customers to dealers.

After contacting Ford uk md.
It turns out that the supposed dealer has no relationship or orders placed with Ford.
Requested dealer code and order number.
But block my IP instead.
Only mentioned trading standards.
Autoebid please feel free to post dealer code and order number. As VSM will cannot.

I have given 5 stars for my experience with Autoebid due to the many calls to see how my order was progressing and to see if I was happy with everything. They come across as very nice and genuine.

Never used them before but read the reviews and they were great. Secured a good discount for me, honest advise about lead times and moneys paid direct to the dealer. Once on order they contacted me with updates.

From initial enquiry to dealer quote the process was fast and efficient. Good discount and a smooth transaction. Kept informed re. the delays due to the worldwide Silicon Chip shortage. Very pleased with my new car and would recommend the company to family and friends.

The process of quoting the car was very simple and when I was ready to proceed they gave me the details of the dealer to order with. Once contact with the dealer is made its a bit like buying a car from them direct, however, Autoebid are in the. background and will provide regular updates on the order status and contact the dealer on your behalf if needed. After a long wait for my Tiguan (due to component shortages and Ukraine) it finally arrived and I am very happy with it the price was fantastic.
