Very professional company.
Got a very good price better than any local dealers and car is delivered to your door.
Have used them a number of times including buying vans.

Great prices, great customer service, same car as a dealer would supply only 25% cheaper.

I ordered a Ford S-Max which has now arrived. There are delays in the manufacturing processes, but this is not the fault of any broker or dealer. This is definitely a genuine business - no issues at all.

Ordred a Lexus with them in Feb 2022 with expected delivery date of Oct2022. In Oct they informed me that the car will be delievered in Feb 2023. Come Feb 2023 abd they informed me that the car will be delieverd in Apr 2023.

In the first week of April I was informed the vehicle is due to be delievered by end of the month and we started discussion on finance options and rates. I secured a loan at a better rate directly ( not via autoebid) and got the money in my account. Autoebid now throws a twist and informs me a week before delivery that the the car will now be delivered in Jul, by Jul it would be nearly 1.5 years since the order. I would appear this company and the dealers they work have no intention of honouring this deal. I would strongly advise anyone to deal with this company at their own risk. I will update this review again in Jul 2023.

It is brilliant dealing with AutoeBid, just a few emails and a couple of phone calls and everything sorted. This is the second time I have dealt with them and both times brilliant. Excellent price on my new Hyundai Tucson.

Got an initial quote online which was far better than any other online brokers. To my surprise, this was the price I ended up paying. No hidden costs or add-ons.

Once you have decided, you let them know and a franchised dealer will contact you to finalise the order and take a deposit.

The whole process is pretty easy and Auto e Bid never pressured me to place an order.
