I highly recommend AutoeBid. This is the second time I have purchased a new car through them. On both occasions the discount off the list price obtained by AutoeBid was bigger than I could find anywhere else. They phoned me regularly to update me on progress of the order. I will definitely use them again.

Karen was very helpful dealing with my initial enquiries for a few cars, until I decided on the Volvo XC40.
Once everything was agreed, I was introduced to the dealer, who I did then speak directly with until I collected the car yesterday.
However I must point out that on regular occasions, Karen checked if she could be of any further assistance, during the whole process.
Excellent company to do business with, this is our second purchase via Autoebid, and we will be back when my wife next changes her car.

I found AutoeBid on a 4x4 Forum. After filling in the form on their website we exchanged a few details and my vehicle was ordered. Whilst my vehicle was on order I was kept upto date (when something to report) by the team. I collected my vehicle from the Dealer in a smooth process. I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

Pickup was ordered and they clearly stated at the time that due to Spec ordered the delivery date would be prolonged. Deposit paid and sat back delivered a bot later than expected but this was explained in detail all the way through the process. When delivered it was at the quoted price even although costs have pushed the price of the vehicle up by around £6k

I have been buying new cars from the internet over the last ten years with well known companies and came across by accident AutoeBid and what a great company to deal with. They started from the very first contact right up to delivery by being in touch from time to time. As cars have been hard to obtain my new Hyundai Tucson had a nine to ten month wait. Karen occasionally rang me making sure all was ok and letting me know how my order was progressing.

This is the SECOND TIME in the past 10 months that I have sourced my new vehicle through Autoebid & absolutely DELIGHTED with the customer service provided both times. Their website is very straightforward to research cars for the various options & making the actual order which was then followed up by excellent communications from both Karen & Linda with updates & queries answered promptly & the post car delivery contact to make sure I was happy with the vehicle.
