Unfortunately, I think this product is a complete waste of money at the moment. The information especially the videos contained within this product can be very generic and sometimes unrelated to the specific vehicle that I have. Also the search function within the software can return unrelated information which means you need to rationalise what the software is giving you to see what is actually related with the task you’re trying to get information on. This is okay if you’re inexperienced technician but it’s going to be very confusing for someone that has limited experience of knowledge. In reality a search on the Internet Internet using any of the search engines, especially using the AI mode, usually returns more accurate data that you can test and trust in the in the same visit to the Internet.
For me, this product does not seem ready for release at the moment and in no way is going to replace the original Haynes manual versions for the DIY mechanic.

Absolutely useless. There's more information in a children's novel. Gives you the bare minimum information, not like the old paper books which were extensive and full of detail. With Autofix you get specs, torque specs, and some generic DIY instructions (not specific to your vehicle) if you're lucky. Save your money. I've just found that Haynes actually do a paper book for my car so I'll be purchasing this in addition to the online crap which was a waste of money.

Very poor - complete waste of money. Nothing beyond generic information in these manuals, when people who are using them will need more specific infoc such as wioring diagrams. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

As all other reviews have mentioned, absolute waste of money... you'd do better using old Office Bob the paper clip than the generic AI slop cobbled together for this. Don't hope to find any model specific or even helpful information like in the old Haynes printed manuals. Ripoff at $60 for nothing.

Ces deux marques ont fusionné pour produire du néant.. du pur vol..
A fuire si c est à priori le même groupe fr-rta.haynes.com chez qui j ai acheter cette version numérique ( la seule disponible maintenant en 2026) aucune utilité. Fonde leur réputation sur la qualité des anciens manuels papier, mais leur nouvelles éditions prétendues interactives sont vides et un pénible enchaînement d arborescences qui débouchent sur …rien erreur 500 ou très peu d info essentiellement générique et non spécifique au véhicule pour lequel vous êtes censés avoir payer ce manuel. Donc pitoyable comme résultat et impossible de se faire rembourser car pour accéder à la version numérique vous devez cocher une case indiquant que vous renoncez à votre droit de rétractation. Judicieux pour arnaquer le client. Une fois ouvert si vous découvriez la vrai substance de votre manuel, et non pas la démo mensongère et flatteuse, vous ne l auriez absolument pas acheté. Dommage vous vous êtes fait avoir en beauté. Je suis très en colère et je ne vais pas me contenter d un commentaire. Procédure pour publicité mensongère et clause de renonciation abusive…

generic crap, didn't even have the most basic correct torque setting for injectors, which is why I purchased it. Didn't show one correct picture of my car, just generic pics of older models - thank you PayPal for the refund processing within the hour. What happened to you Haynes?!?

Many years ago, Haynes manual's were so good, make/model specific information, torque settings and golden nuggets for tricky jobs. Now, the online Haynes manual I just paid for is pathetic, watered down, generic information, no true model specific information for many tasks and unfortunately, so far, it's of no greater value than just looking at the job before starting it. Poor product, poor service.

Paid £30 for the online q3 f3 manual. Would have been better going to the local store and buying a pack of toilet role. The whole plarform is rubbish its so bad i thought it was a scam.

Do not purchase! A total waste of money with largely generic content. Totally disappointed and no response from customer service when i immediately asked for a refund.

The manual has no value . Since buying it I have tried to use it only to find generic content of little value. I always give up using it and use Google to search for diagrams and specific instructions. All trust in the brand is gone. It seems as though they have a CEO who wants money but knows little about Haynes manuals and is happy for the brand to die. Scam refund do not buy.

Just received a new Haynes BSA Unit singles manual. The paper quality is ATROCIOUS. Printed in Malaysia, nowhere as good as those printed in England such as the Yamaha TY175 manual.
I'll have treat it with kid gloves to use it more than once

Emailed Haynes, left voice messages, and to their parent company in France and uk, nobody replies. Nothing short of a scam and needs reporting to trading standards.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing an online manual for my Jaguar XJ. My review is the same as most others, a complete waste of money bordering on a rip-off. No detailed diagrams or instructions. It looks like they have built a platform but have not populated it with any meaningful data or repair procedures. As a result, there are gaps and practically no information regarding my vehicle beyond generic fillers. I emailed the support email address within 30 minutes of purchasing to ask for a refund and have received no reply. There is something very fishy going on with whoever owns the rights to Haynes 'manuals'. Final comment, this system bears no resemblence to printed Haynes manuals from before.

Hinnakas investointi on sidottu tiukasti selaimeen ja se perinteinen nettipohjaisten sovelluksien synti, session ripeä vanheneminen ja sen jälkeen pakollinen uudelleenkirjautuminen vaivaa turhan usein. Huolto-oppaan kuvatkaan eivät aina pidä paikkansa... Väittävät muunmuassa että korealaisesta autostani löytyy Minin moottori... Paljolti on eroavat. Edes sytytystulppatyöhön ehdotetut työkalut eivät olleet yhteensopivia. Toivottavasti osuivat edes momenttien suhteen kohdalleen. Noita momentteja yms. pitää olla kaivelemassa valikoiden takaa, vaikka näin tietokantojen aikaan ne voisi aivan hyvin upottaa kyseisen huollon ohjeisiin. Opasta käyttöön ottaessa piti ilmoittaa vaihteiston tyyppi, mutta silti toisenlaisen vaihteiston momentit yms. täyttävät teknisiä tietoja.

The digital manuals are really poor compared to the detailed print versions. Hard to follow, miss elements out and say- “refer to main dealer” or something similar. They are no longer repair manuals 😟. Many repairs can no longer be completed.

Bring back the old style comprehensive manuals that everyone loved and were considered invaluable.
So disappointed……

The online offering is little more than a shameless cash grab. There's little to no specific information for your vehicle, and a load of generic stuff of no use at all. Nobody looks for a Haynes manual for how to fix "a car" - they want to be able to fix THEIR OWN CAR. What corporate numpty didn't realise that?

What a shambles.

Once upon a time, armed with some basic tools, determination and a Haynes manual, my dad was able to repair a vehicle that he couldn't afford to have repaired by a mechanic.

Now apparently Haynes just want cash for stuff you can find on YouTube. What a disaster.

Really should have read the reviews! My old Zafira Haynes had tonnes of info with the ever important photographs, even the online one had some pics. The online Honda CRV one, nothing! Basic statements. I paid for a guide! Avoid!

tells nothing , service intervals are incorrect ,generic pictures , if you think its like the haynes manuals of old which did show how to in detail you are in for a shock
don't waste your money

I purchased a Haynes digital manual for my Audi allroad C5 and I can honestly say that it is a complete joke and a rip off. The technical drawings consist of a black and white picture of a door and that's your lot. I couldn't find anything of any use and I have had to give up. What ever happened to Haynes manuals? They are a shadow of the Haynes manuals you could actually hold, and were chocka block of useful information and brilliant,real photos of your car. What a shame.

Printed version of the manual for my car was not available, so I bought the online/digital version. Complete waste of time and money - wish I'd seen these reviews first! Never again.
