The website searching, ordering, and delivery process was great. It would have been better for the description to more clearly explain that the helmet was a reproduction and what that means as far as differences with an "official" collegiate football helmet.

I went through extra steps to verify my item before purchasing and I’m happy to say it is legit. I accidentally typed my address in wrong, so I emailed in the middle of the night and planned to call as soon as they opened. To my surprise, I received a reply email before they opened! Matt corrected it, and sent me an updated shipping label to put my worried heart at ease. The shipping label was created in less than 24 hours after ordering. The item was a birthday present. Although it was ordered early to ensure a timely delivery, no mailing information was received for nearly ten days. I emailed customer service, a response was received, and the problem was identified within a day. The item was received two days later and ‘on time’ for my purposes.

The album and guitar I ordered arrived in time for my husbands birthday party. He has terminal cancer, so this was his last bday. He was blown away by guitar!!! Thank you for getting both items here in time.

I originally had submitted a contact us form on their website. I had heard nothing back from this for regarding my question but then received this review. I left a 1 star review and was immediately contacted regarding my issue/question. They were quick to fix the issue once I had given a bad review but I would just say to be careful using the contact us form as it seems they never received my message through their website. They were very quick to point out that they never received it and that my review was very important to them and answered my question promptly!
