Good sign
Good sign. I know autographs and these guys offer a good product. Seem trustworthy too. So that's all you can ask for when you're paying for sigs. Certificates don't mean a thing. You must trust the seller. I do.

Antwoord van Autographia
Hey Ian, there was a FedEx issue with your order, please respond to our emails or send us a message, support@autographia.com. We were trying to contact you about this and would love to make it right for you, thanks!
Excellent customer support
I had ordered a Christmas gift for my fiancé, which the website showed was still in stock. There was an error with the website and this item was actually out of stock, but their customer support team quickly reached out to me and found a replacement item at no extra cost, which arrived very quickly. Could not recommend this site and team enough for all your memorabilia needs!

I ordered springsteen autographed…
I ordered springsteen autographed guitar for my son for his 40th birthday. I was sent the wrong guitar, I reached out to Matt about this issue. He gave me a couple of options to correct the issue. He solved this professionally and fast by sending the correct guitar to me. I was so satisfied how this was handled and would highly recommend doing business with this company.
