Disappointed with complaints Team
Really disappointing experience with Autolend. The admin team have been great and helpful whenever I’ve spoken to them, but the complaints team have been extremely poor with communication.
It took two months to get a decision on my vehicle rejection after emailing them numerous times and now I’ve been waiting three weeks for a response regarding reimbursement for two receipts they asked me to provide which I still haven’t even had an update on. Despite numerous emails, I’m still being ignored.
The whole experience has been frustrating and draining. Credit to the admin team, but the complaints team really need to improve their communication and customer service.
