AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING FOR DELIVERY, WE WERE TOLD THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER IN STOCK TO BEGIN WITH. OUR CREDIT CARD GOT CHARGED AND WE NEVER GOT REFUNDED.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Bought a part that said “in stock” and “express shipping” only to find out 2 weeks later after being promised daily to get me tracking that this product was being shipped from China, which was never alluded to on their website. Then I get another surprise! I get a notice I have to pay $30 import fee! Jeff has no clue what he’s doing, is horrible at customer service and a straight liar. Will NEVER deal with this company ever again. They have no phone number listed anywhere. Think twice before dealing with this company.

I used the website Contact Us feature on the website multiple times and have not received any updates on my orders. AW1657 from Nov 5, 2024, AW1769 from Dec 5, 2024, and AW2116 from Mar 17, 2025. I received partial shipment from the first order but have not received any further shipments since.

Sometimes, finding the necessary parts you need urgently can be challenging, and no one in the market can help you because what you are looking for is old-fashioned.
That's why I got acquainted with Automation Warehouse online when I came to find my old part.

The service was excellent; I was informed that the components would arrive from Switzerland within five to seven working days, and they arrived on schedule and packaged properly to protect the parts. Kept informed concerning tracking and delivery. For me, it was really useful. The experience was excellent overall.

Order placed 10/21/24. I have sent several emails and contact forms to request cancellation and a refund. It's 1/14/25 and I still have not received my product or refund. I did further investigation at the address they list on their website and contacted someone at the location with this response: "We can kindly confirm that AUTOMATION WAREHOUSE PTY LTD and CAB CUE PTY LTD are not known to us at Melbourne Business Centre and therefore are not authorised to use our address at 470 St Kilda Rd. This website is an illegitimate business and scams people. Bad business

So, I ordered some items on October 4th with absolutely NO response from them until I got on their website and messaged them. Well, the 1st time I messaged them, no response, 2nd time I messaged them, no response, 3rd time I messaged them I commented that I thought that they are an illegitimate company, and they answered me on November 14th. I have sent them 2 e-mails to that same e-mail address that they responded to me and it has now been 4 weeks with NO response, so it has now been 9 weeks. They are either an illegitimate company or a VERY poorly ran Company. To make a long story short(long) stay away from this Company.

Like the other 1 Star reviews, I feel ive been scammed on order AW1617. No reply, the phone rings but no answer. Ive left several emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS's. Will update if and when they reply

I placed the order AW1416 back in 08/03/2024 item was on stock and still showing is. I asked after the week regarding update on shipping, then again following week and today. There was not replay at all. Today I gave them 24hr to let me know the ship date. Of course they charge my credit card right away and confirmed payment.
Watch it looks like they not legit company. I think will end up with getting my money back. I will do another review tomorrow about the status.

This online store is a scam. It was previously known as SweetSmile, selling orthodontic products, and operates under the same business name (BN) and addresses. They've reused the same policy text and assets from the old site but failed to properly update them, leaving some old names in place. A few years ago, they launched this new site, using the same store theme, but recently updated it in an attempt to appear more legitimate.

You can verify this information by checking the domain's purchase date and using the Wayback Machine to see how the site has evolved. All of the offers on the site are fake—they’ve been permanently listed since the site was created, with the same prices and discounts for over two years.

The store displays fake stock numbers to lure customers in with products sourced from more reputable sites, simply copying photos and descriptions. When I tried to contact them about my order, I received no response, and there have been no updates on the status of my order. Avoid this store at all costs.

This website never shipped the order; I ordered a breaker, but it took a month and never shipped, and no one answered the email. The company's phone number is not working, and it is a fake number. Do not buy anything from them!!!!

supplier not a given reply on email we place and order to them and make payment. after some days they said part sold and need more 4-5 weeks so we ask them for refund but they are not refunding payment and also not responding my emails.
