Very helpful live agent experience
Once I requested to be transferred to a live agent my time was not very long at all. Mariely was very polite and professional. She reassured me that my request was timely and there would be no problem making the change I requested. She answered my follow-up questions thoroughly and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I thanked her and wished her a wonderful day. This was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
