Overcharge & Refund Issue
Bought a Toyota car at dealership with the Autopayplus. I did not know Autopayplus was a third party. When I received my car title, I thought great I am done. Nope. Autopayplus continued to withdrawal money four more times until I called them to stop. Since Autopayplus was a third party they did not know to stop withdrawing my money. When I saw a recent pending Auyopayplus activity on my bank account, I called the bank fraud department to stop the process. The recent charge was reversed and then I was patiently waiting for my other refund of overpayment. $203.36 was the withdrawal, I received a check of $175.91. Autopayplus representative plainly said when I called as fraud, my bank placed a fee on them. Autopayplus then passed that fee on to me by deducting from my refund. Gross. The representative had no sympathy did not even say I’m sorry. I guess he didn’t care as I wasn’t a customer anymore. Or maybe cause it’s not his money that is disappearing.
Simply don’t use Autopayplus, just pay directly to Toyota and save yourself money and hassle.

I spoke to a representative after a minimun hold time. I was greeted by a well spoken professional representative. She was respectful, very knowledgeable and efficient. I had several questions that were answered and my problems resolved very quickly.

SO sketchy from beginning to end
**Update since they decided to reply and lie**
No one has reached out or spoken to me. I set an appointment up yesterday to try to speak to an agent. The agent never called (wasting my time), just marked it as complete an hour after they were supposed to call. I disputed the charges through my bank at that point. I called today to try to resolve given their reply. “Calvin” hung up on me TWICE. Once when I said I wanted to cancel my payments and again when I said I want to speak to a manager. I had to call a completely different department so I could talk to someone OTHER than Calvin to actually close my account. Supposedly management is going to call me back tonight to talk to me about Calvin, but I don’t think I’ll hold my breath. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. It is ILLEGAL to hang up and refuse to discuss business with a customer because they want to close their account. You’re lucky I’m not reporting you to the AG for bad business practices.

When I was reaching out to speak about changing from my current Insurance, Elizabeth made the experience great and very informative. Im a first time car buyer and im still learning about insurance. Elizabeth informed me of my different options and answered all my questions perfectly. If im going to speak to anyone about insurance it would definitely be Elizabeth, she is passionate about her job, she speaks with energy unlike a previous representative that I spoke to from a different company who felt like a soulless machine.

Great Service!!!!
I had some issues with my bank and some ACH issues. There was some clerical issues that were unfortunate for me. But Operations Manager James called me an assured me that he personally take care of my issue and he promptly did. It’s rare to find a company that will stand by their word and this company did. I appreciate them and will always be grateful for their dedication to excellent costumer service. Thank you James and Auto pay Plus.
