terrible technology -wasting my time trying to get into their app or the website to give them a document THEY ASKED FOR but cannot give them as it bounces you out with run around emails and then errors you out - garbage

Mortgage Meeting
When we were having confusion with our mortgage company over payments, Ryan M. facilitated a call to them with us. He asked questions that clarified the situation, and advocated for us. We no longer were confused or being bounced around by the mortgage company. He was wonderful!

I am very happy with Auto Pay Plus, until we were hit with fees we were never told about when we paid the car off. The second representative we spoke with today 01/30/26, Clebert was very helpful and pleasant. He showed that he cared about and understood our concerns and explained them.
