I didn’t treat the man with the respect he deserved but I apologized.
Was great I got upset because of how many times i had to clear a problem up and i was rude to him. I felt i did not treat him with the respect that he deserves so i apologized and told him I was sorry. He was very professional and a great representative.

The agent very personable and on point it was a blessing to get someone help from Jump Street and be nice with the results. Usually people act like they know something and want you to be fast with explaining things that you not sure of. But she gave me time and made me feel like your company is doing me justice by just being with you all. You don't get that for most young people on the phone these days.
